Been in multiple times with no red flags in the inspection and then suddenly 6 months later I had 8 red flags out of no where. Warranties were not checked for coverage on the issues. Recommended $4 inspection and then suddenly 6 months later I had 8 red flags out of no where. Warranties were not checked for coverage on the issues. Recommended $4000 worth of work. Due to finance agreed to one thing for the inspection to be addressed. I searched the service to understand it and a BMW warranty came up. I asked if this applied to my vehicle and they took $900 off for the warranty coverage. Grateful I found that but I would hope for warranties to be looked up when having my car worked on at BMW. Just seemed like they were happy to get as much out of a young woman who doesn’t know about cars. More
