I visited this Dealership on July 23rd and had the pleasure of interacting with Higor Teixeira. He was super nice and easy to have a genuine conversation. He was very helpful and honest with recommending a service as instructed by the BMW repair technician that posed as a safety driving issue that would eventually put my family,myself or another driver on the road in danger while driving. Additionally, I feel that the repair technician who fixed the issue with in twenty minutes should be also recognized and an applaused for at least pinpointing the knocking noise that I thought was due to perhaps a required oil change. I truly appreciated the great service. I found and observed that the quite of few of the workers at this Boston location are very friendly and says hello when they see you sitting in the waiting area.
