In the 5 years I've been going to herb chambers they have given excellent service. The service advisers are attentive, communicate and accommodate whenever possible. I was introduced to Kevin Bugbee by a friend from Lexus of Norwood, Mr Ken LeBlanc. After purchasing several lexus models from Ken I told him I was interested in a BMW X5 and he directed me to Kevin Bugbe of Norwood, Mr Ken LeBlanc. Since then my wife and I have become close friends with Kevin and his wife Francis and have enjoyed many special times and events together. Kevin and Francis have the best neighborhood parties and have introduced us to many other new people from the area. I came in for a test drive, and met Ahmed who was professional and helpful. I selected the car I wanted and Herb Chambers pricing program made it very easy. Catherine Rogers was tremendous in the finance department (very different from other experiences). Together with Kaif Thompson, I had the loan approved quickly as was driving my new car within a day. More importantly, Ahmed handled my lease return, so I could give him the keys and and they made it go away. Overall A+, I will be back! More
