Had to bring my 2004 325xi in for repair as she was getting old. Nick Mitrano was my service adviser and kept me in the loop from diagnostics to repair and pick-up. I recently had my last service visit before going out of warranty. Jim Miscioscia went out of his way to make sure all my services got updated. he also made sure that any known issues were looked at because warranty. I service my cars with Jim Misciocia's only. When he is out, I wait and call back. I trust him to provide me with the work he thinks the cars need. I have had almost every BMW style there is.
