The reason I am writing about my experiences at HC BMW is different than what most people would probably write about. That is because I did not end up making a purchase after spending a good amount of time w different than what most people would probably write about. I walked into the dealership wanting to make a purchase that in the end would really hurt me in the end. Richard and Aaron spent over an hour with me explaining all of the differences and tried to work out the best plan for me. Although I did not end up walking out with anything that day, I will definitely be returning when I am ready to buy in the future, as well as recommending them. More
My family and I were on vacation . While driving to Massachusetts, the GPS indicated a DVD error message. The navigation system was not working. So I contacted the BMW 24 Hr. Roadside Assistance. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and gave me very detailed directions to the nearest BMW service center, Herbs Chambers. From the moment we arrived, the service advisor and staff were very professional and courteous. They promptly attended our problem. While we waited for our car, I walked over to the auto showroom. I was greeted by a friendly sales associate. He showed me around, and we talked about the upcoming 5 series sedan. In a matter of minutes, my navigation system was working with a new navigational DVD. They also replaced the out tail light bulb for me. Our experience with Herb Chambers was a pleasure. This all happened on a Sunday afternoon. Needless to say, if we didn't have our GPS working, the outcome of our vacation would have been quite different. Thank you Dan and staff. I had a great experience working with Kevin. This was my first time buying buying a car and Kevin guided me through the process. There was one car I was interested in purchasing,but Kevin would not sell it first time buying buying a car and Kevin guided me through the process. Kevin goes waaaaay beyond the call of duty and is a great asset to BMW. He's always there when I need him and very trustworthy. I think this is a unique quality and not typical. Kevin Bugbee worked to get me the lowest interest rate possible despite issues with my credit report. He also went out of his way to bring paperwork to my place of business so I wouldn't have to come dow possible despite issues with my credit report. Everyone has always been wonderfully friendly and helpful at Herb Chambers BMW over the past 3 years I have had a lease with them which is one of the reasons I decided to buy the car at my lease end. This is the 3rd BMW I have gotten through Herb Chambers and while the previous experiences were fine, I thought Kevin Bugbee was by far the most knowledgeable and friendliest sales person I have dealt with and while the previous experiences were fine, I thought Kevin Bugbee was by far the most knowledgeable and friendliest sales person I have dealt with both here and elsewhere over the years. Kevin spent a lot of time explaining the financial options for getting a car, the differences in the cars, and finally explaining all the intricacies of the workings.
