The reason I am writing about my experiences at HC BMW is different than what most people would probably write about. My family and I were on vacation . While driving to Massachusetts, the GPS indicated a DVD error message. The navigation system was not working. So I contacted the BMW 24 Hr. Roadside Assistance. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and gave me very detailed directions to the nearest BMW service center, Herbs Chambers. From the moment we arrived, the service advisor and staff were very professional and courteous. They promptly attended our problem. While we waited for our car, I walked over to the auto showroom. I was greeted by a friendly sales associate. He showed me around, and we talked about the upcoming 5 series sedan. In a matter of minutes, my navigation system was working with a new navigational DVD. They also replaced the out tail light bulb for me. Our experience with Herb Chambers was a pleasure. This all happened on a Sunday afternoon. Needless to say, if we didn't have our GPS working, the outcome of our vacation would have been quite different. Thank you Dan and staff. He also went out of his way to bring paperwork to my place of business so I wouldn't have to come dow possible despite issues with my credit report.
