He was also extremely responsive and I felt like he went out of his way to help out (calling us, keeping us informed about when the car was coming in, etc.) He also has a child and thus knows what will matter to us (we are expecting our first any day now). He helped us figure out a few features that we might not have known were attractive (frankly I would not have gotten the BWM Keyless entry thing, but I love it now that I have it), but he did not push any of the silly feature sets. Thus I felt like he was giving us honest advice. In the end, we love our car (at least the first 2 days we have had it), and we will go back to Ahmed and his dealership whenever we need a next car. I very highly recommend him. More

Rob Gale was very attentive to my needs, and was able to get me into a beautiful pre-owned 325XI at a really great price and interest rate. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of my questions. He was great to work with and I would recommend anyone I know in the market for a BMW to go see him. Thank You Rob... I would never go back there for my car service. After they service my BMW, the functions which were working before the service did not work. I went back to complain. They said that you can bring back t they service my BMW, the functions which were working before the service did not work. I went back to complain. They break something, they ask people to bring back the car, so they get more business. More

First of all I live in Connecticut and leased my last four BMW's from BMW of Boston. Why? Experience! The first time I did business with them was the deal - they offered a great deal on a lease for a four BMW's from BMW of Boston. Why? Experience! The first time I did business with them was the deal - they offered a great deal on a lease for a 3-series that I wanted. My local dealer (about 5 miles away) couldn't even come close. Not sure why but they couldn't. BMW of Boston was so much better. That's when I experienced Kevin Bugbee who sold me the car. Kevin is top shelf and really knows how to make the customer experience a great one. He is very knowledgable about the cars, understand the customers requirements and makes the whole purchase/lease process happen easily. The next 3 cars for myself and my wife were all bought through Kevin. At the end of the day you get the you want but you can get the same car at any dealership. You go back to the dealer again and again because of the experience and how you are treated as a customer. I am very happy with my experiences at BMW of Boston. If you go there, ask for Kevin. More

Great overall experience. Dealer had smart pricing, so their best price was already on the vehicle. Saved over $2k by just waiting and letting the car sit there for a while. Their best price is very comparable if not superior for the same car at a different dealer. Easy transaction with a $400 coupon from web. That's it all done and picked up in 2 days. X5 runs great and all minor flaws (paint scratch, missing trunk light) was replaced without question. Sales guy was very easy to work with and very attentive. No high pressure sales tactics like other lower end, high volume dealers. Highly recommended and will be a future customer again!!! More
