Since I had done my homework, I knew that I was getting a fair price for my trade-in and that the discounted price of the new car was accurate. They then went to their "locator" to find the car that I wanted, without extra accessories that I didn't need, and redirected the car to their lot within a week. when we arrived to pick it up, the car was immaculately prepped and we were given a tutorial of all the bells and whistles so that we could be familiar with the operation of the vehicle before we left the premises.
