Excellent service in all respects. The dealership has a strong customer service attitude. I had a great 2 yr. lease experience with Herb Chambers, and even wrote to Herb re: my experience with his salesman Ahmed Jabrane. Unfortunately my whole experience was soured when it came time to turn in m and even wrote to Herb re: my experience with his salesman Ahmed Jabrane. Unfortunately my whole experience was soured when it came time to turn in my lease car. I had bought a car from a friend, and would not be renewing a lease with Herb Chambers. Because of this; I was assessed all sorts of damage charges for scratches totaling over $3000.00. During my lease term I babied that car, and thus this was a great insult to me personally.. not to mention my pocket book! The return mgr. Kevin Bugbee said my outraged reaction was typical, and in fact there had been several occasions when he had to call the police on customers upon returning their lease vehicles. Having to call the police on customers!!? In addition they had some sort of scam worked out with a local body shop. I was told that if I took the car there; they'd do any work for $100.00 under the Herb Chambers estimate. I wrote to BMW about this, and they apologized profusely and refunded me the difference. I'll buy another BMW, but never again from Herb Chambers. More

To start off, I own a 2004 325xi. I loved my bmw, and originally purchased from Foreign Motors West in Natick, which is now Herb Chambers, I decided that because of my wonderful experience with FMW, I'd originally purchased from Foreign Motors West in Natick, which is now Herb Chambers, I decided that because of my wonderful experience with FMW, I'd attempt to stay with them (again, now Herb Chambers). What a bad decision that was. I didn't end up buying a car there, nor would I ever reccommend this dealership to anyone. I went in looking at the CPO X3's/328xi coupes. I test drove a 2007 X3, and while I did like it I hadn't walked into their dealership planning on buying a car that day. So when it all came down to it, the payment was a little higher then I was interested in at this time, and it was something I needed to sleep on to make a decision. Not more then 2 hours after leaving the dealership, the salesman called me. The calls have continued to this day, every day...sometimes twice a day. How desperate are they to sell a car, that the salesman specifically told me "are hot items" right now. If they are so hot, why is he essentially harrassing me? I have since purchased an Audi from a non-herb chambers dealership, and honestly would never even think about purchasing from a Herb Chambers owned dealership again. Especially if this is how their salesman are trained to deal with potential customers. More
