I was pleasantly surprise with my experience after having bought a new BMW. It's been many years since I bought a car and this was my first experience buying a new car. I did not experienced any of the negative aspects that are usually associated with car purchasing. I was ready for all the usual back and forth of negotiating a price, however, Herb Chambers were very reasonable. Ultimately, they do have to make SOME profit when selling a car, otherwise, they'd be out of business. However, they are very reasonable and will not try to milk you for every pennies they can. Ahmed is fun and professional. He will also go out of his way to meet your needs. Definitely a very good dealership and very good person to work with. Recommends without reservation. More

The service advisors are incredibly customer-centic, and go out of their way to accommodate every need. From the moment I first meet my sales associate, Kevin Bugbee back in 1998, I realized he was someone that I could communicate with and feel comfortable that I was getting objective and expert advice. He was, and is, extremely knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. Since 1998, Kevin was in touch, always available, and has reached out to us socially which we greatly appreciated. When needing a new car, I never gave an thought to approaching any other dealership or sales associate. This time around, Kevin Bugbee again worked with my wife and I to help identify the right car for our needs. He demonstrated concern for the customer by giving my situation his personal attention and followed through to make sure everthing was done correctly before the car was returned to me. All the other employees I dealt with during this visit from the service people to shuttle driver showed attention to detail (e.g. shuttle driver calling ahead to have the cars ready)and professionalism. Other car salesmen don't want to deal with you once they've made their sale, but Ahmed showed us the same courtesy as others do to new clientle even after we purchased our car. Since we had such a great experience with Ahmed Jabrane on our X3, we will definitely be calling him again when we are ready to purchase our next car. More
In the 5 years I've been going to herb chambers they have given excellent service. The service advisers are attentive, communicate and accommodate whenever possible. I was introduced to Kevin Bugbee by a friend from Lexus of Norwood, Mr Ken LeBlanc. Since then my wife and I have become close friends with Kevin and his wife Francis and have enjoyed many special times and events together. Kevin and Francis have the best neighborhood parties and have introduced us to many other new people from the area. It has been a sincere pleasure dealing with Mr Bugbee and I'm positive that most of his customers would say the same thing.
