I've been a customer since 2004 and have always been treated well and fairly by all employees. My most recent visit was exceptional because the sales rep went the proverbial "extra mile" to have some d treated well and fairly by all employees. He demonstrated concern for the customer by giving my situation his personal attention and followed through to make sure everthing was done correctly before the car was returned to me. All the other employees I dealt with during this visit from the service people to shuttle driver showed attention to detail (e.g. shuttle driver calling ahead to have the cars ready)and professionalism. I was introduced to Kevin Bugbee by a friend from Lexus of Norwood, Mr Ken LeBlanc.
