I had been to Auto Max in Framingham. I was just about ready to purchase a BMW 328xi. They put the car on the lift, the foreman and my son agreed that the car had an oil leak of which BMW would take care ready to purchase a BMW 328xi. Needless to say, they lost my business because they would not replace the dangerous tire. I went to Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. The customer service staff was excellent. Kaif Thompson was a pleasure to work with. Kaif accompanied me with the BMW I was interested in to my son's shop to check over. Kaif took care of any outstanding issues without question. In 2009 I solicited all of the above mentioned dealers for a quote on a 2010 X5. All were helpful and anxious for the sale. I leased my new car from Herb Chambers BMW because Kaif Thompson promised me the best deal and the best service. AND he delivered. Dealing with him and his colleagues was a pleasure. I have recommended Herb Chambers to friends in Boston because of the great deal and the great service Kaif and the other members of the staff provided. It's been 90 days since I went into the Comm Ave BMW to pick up my leased 335d. It was also ready precisely on the date forecast when I went in 6 weeks earlier and Kevin ordered the car to be built. Over this 15 year period, I have never been turned away disappointed either in the "new car" experience or in long waits at the service shop. There has been several occasions when Chris, Ali et.al in service found and fixed/replaced parts out of professionalism and respect for the customer, even when out of warranty. Strange how I never noticed the worn out wipers! So it was natural for me to turn in the M3 convertible when the lease ran out. And my new 335d lives up to the BMW repuation; Kevin and the Gang on Comm Ave made sure that I spent less than 10 Mins in Finance to sign the papers and a better time spent on the new car (watch the Australian film 'The Nugget"). It's apt that I write this review on Valentine's day as I'll remain a BMW and Kevin's team fan at Herb Chambers for years to come) More

I was recently widowed and this was my first experience buying a car without my husband. When I returned to Boston, Kevin met me at Logan Airport with my new car. He even gave me a hug, after all, one needs a hug after spending the day in a plane. I have had several questions concerning the operation of the car, Kevin has been very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to solve the problems(example: how to transfer my garage door opener code into my car). Herb Chambers ultimately gained my business by offering a pricing strategy that was more competitive than other BMW dealerships and was focused on getting the deal done. There were no sales gimmicks - just a vested interest to make the customer happy. The staff was courteous, informative, and not pressuring. Specifically, when visiting the dealership I highly recommend that you request Ahmed as your sales agent. He is great when selecting a vehicle, negotiating a price, completing all necessary documentation, and delivering the final vehicle; essentially from start to finish in the purchase/lease process. The Finance staff was also great and willing to work late (literally closed the dealership down) to take the appropriate time to answer all my questions – particularly around the terms and conditions of leasing. The dealer himself (Ahmed) was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was also extremely responsive and I felt like he went out of his way to help out (calling us, keeping us informed about when the car was coming in, etc.) He also has a child and thus knows what will matter to us (we are expecting our first any day now). He helped us figure out a few features that we might not have known were attractive (frankly I would not have gotten the BWM Keyless entry thing, but I love it now that I have it), but he did not push any of the silly feature sets. Thus I felt like he was giving us honest advice. In the end, we love our car (at least the first 2 days we have had it), and we will go back to Ahmed and his dealership whenever we need a next car. I very highly recommend him. More
