Kevin Bugbee is nothing short of a champion. After purchasing a 2013 328xi the same day I met Kevin, I was back a month later to get an X1. He doesn't care about anything other than satisfying the customer. I worked with Abdou on leasing my new 3 Series BMW and Kevin Bugbee on returning my X6. I have to say these two guys are a class act. Truly. Abdou is such a gentleman. And trust me, I'm not the easiest Kevin Bugbee on returning my X6. I have to say these two guys are a class act. Truly. Abdou is such a gentleman. And trust me, I'm not the easiest client to have. I must of changed my mind about features and cars 6 times. He even had a car shipped here from NJ so I can test drive it - at no cost to me. Kevin was a pleasure to work with on my lease-end. He couldn't have made the process any easier and he cut me some slack for the dings and scratches on my car. He also went out of his way to investigate my SafeLease contract and make sure I'm covered for the damages. Overall, a great experience at Herb Chambers BMW because of these two guys. More

I've gone to other dealerships for service in the pass and was very disappointed until I finally meat Kathie Smith at Herb Chambers in Brighton, MA. The reason for this rating is that Mrs: Smith was pass and was very disappointed until I finally meat Kathie Smith at Herb Chambers in Brighton, MA. The reason for this rating is that Mrs: Smith was very patient, the service provided was exceptional. I've been taking my BMW to Herb Chambers for the past two and a half years for regular service as well as for issues that I refer to as brain teasers because their causes have rarely been immediately app two and a half years for regular service as well as for issues that I refer to as brain teasers because their causes have rarely been immediately apparent. Matt Baker, my service rep, has been exceptional at working closely with service, keeping me updated on the progress of the diagnosis or repair, securing a loaner for me, and getting me back into my car as soon as possible. Regarding the repairs, they have always been completed correctly the first time and the costs have been comparable to non-dealership repair shops specializing in German cars. Further, every single person you encounter, from the gentleman that escorts you out of you car to the one that escorts you back in, is truly friendly, helpful, and customer focused. Herb Chambers takes customer service seriously. So, if you're looking for professional repairs by BMW experts at comparable prices and exceptional customer service, I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else. More

Review is coming from a good car enthusiast who has spent a fair amount of time evaluating and buying cars :-). Had an pleasant and hassle-free car-buying experience with HerbChambers of Boston. I was eye-in a fair amount of time evaluating and buying cars :-). Had an pleasant and hassle-free car-buying experience with HerbChambers of Boston. I was eye-ing a good deal for a CPO vehicle and found Herb of Boston had some of the lowest priced deals around NE. My sales advisor was Ahmed, who was extremely helpful and answered all the question I had. He also was pretty knowledgeable. There was some haggling on the price of the trade-in, but they did have a very low rate already, so it was not a bad deal. The out of door process was very efficient once the deal was set. Justin from finance also helped beat the current APR deal I got from my bank and was not pushy about all those paintguard/tire extra options. Ahmed was not only great during the car deal process but came through with multiple calls after I took delivery of the car to answer any other questions I had including on bluetooth, BMW assist etc. He even mailed the set of keys i forgot in my trade-in without the need for me to go pick them up. Overall I recommend these folks for hassle free experience. But do your research first! More

Ahmed went above and beyond for the sale of my car. He took the time to deliver the car up to NH to ensure it was convenient for me. Ahmed represents Herb chambers and BMW extremely well.
