This is my 4th BMWX5 that I have purchased from this dealership. The only sales person that I have dealt with there is Ahmed Jabrane. Well, long story short - Ahmed is a great salesman. He was very professional during the whole sales process. We've met three times and closed the deal in our fourth meeting, after searching the inventory was very professional during the whole sales process. Test drives were fun and very informative, I got a chance to learn a lot about the car and additional services. Having been driving Mercedes for over 10 years, I thought it's going to be hard to switch to a BMW. In full disclosure, I like the new 3series more than the C-class (even the newest model) but I also appreciated Ahmed's attitude which made me very comfortable. We struggled a bit on the price, but that's normal. Ahmed was able to get me a great offer which I did not have to think twice about. I really appreciated his attention to detail, friendliness and post-sale follow ups. It's been 3 months now since I've picked up my new 3series and I'm still in touch with Ahmed who likes to check in once in a while to see if everything is OK with the car. That's something I really appreciate and recommend everyone to go straight to Ahmed's desk if you're looking for a new BMW. More

And YES, initially, I thought my client advisor Sheraz was a little off beat. Over the period of time as he realized the situation, I believe he understood my position very well. He then became patient and helped me out with the car. One thing which I wish was done, is going a little slow with the deal would have been more fun. Sheraz is a good advisor to talk to for understand and matching your needs. His experience speaks volumes. He helped me do a lot of research and did stress to understand about the BMW experience. Business Manager - Mohammed Kaleem This guy changed the game at Herb Chambers for me. His advise on the car bargain and trade was brilliant. He made the car buying experience a great great experience for me. I would recommend everyone to speak once with this guy before you buy the car. Finance Manager - Rob Gayle Rob is a person who can clearly explain the BMW Financing and reasons on interest rate and flexibility of lease. He is truly knowledgeable and understands the dynamics of a customer and his frustration on dealing with financing the humongous BMW deal. Cons: 1. They sometimes rush into the deal really fast 2. Decisions sometimes can get crazy with these guys dealing heavy volumes 3. Their tone can be rude but is not in reality 4. May seem harsh when you walk in for the first time 5. They tend to be very blunt All in all, these guys made it a wonderful experience. Thank you guys! p.s. That one star remaining is for you guys to work that one bit more. More

In terms of service, my experience has been perfect. In bought my first 335 MSport in 2009 and brought in for service for a few things. Every time I did, Nick Mitrano did an awesome job. He always came through with what he promised and got the job done in a timely manner. Nick is extremely professional and knows exactly how to serve the customer. Anyone that works with him is lucky. Dan Small is also an excellent service advisor. I have worked with him before and he provided first-class service as well. NIck and Dan have excellent knowledge of BMW and exactly how to help their customers. Matt Krappe is also an excellent Manager and Ken Grant is a fantastic service Director. They have always been there to help and advise me on important decisions regarding my cars. I highly recommend the Sales and Service side of Herb Chambers BMW. It is a first-class operation. More

Had to bring my 2004 325xi in for repair as she was getting old. Nick Mitrano was my service adviser and kept me in the loop from diagnostics to repair and pick-up.
