The next day, I called the dealer and the process of making the car mine began. When I arrived at the dealer, I immediately felt comfortable. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Sean ultimately helped me buy the car. He was friendly and open to negotiation. He thoroughly explained all of the nooks and crannies of the vehicle. Flora helped make affording the car realistic! I enjoyed the whole process of purchasing a new X1 from Herb Chambers of Boston all because Sheraz Sheikh is such a pleasure to work with. First, he is exceptional in understanding my preferences precisely and quickly thanks to his volumes of knowledge and experience in BMW. I was a little picky over features, and there’s not a lot of inventory to choose from. But very quickly he found the exact car that matches all my needs! Second, Sheraz is efficient, professional, down-to-earth, and honest. Price negotiation process is smooth. There is no pressure. The subsequent paperwork process with Sheraz and finance manager Flora Abbasi is also easy and pleasant. Sheraz also helped find a better rate for me which just exceeded my expectation. Third, Sheraz is courteous, friendly, nice and warm. He went over all the features with me when the car was delivered. He also followed up with me on any questions I may have on the car afterwards. The Herb Chambers of Boston team made the whole experience so amazing and enjoyable. Sheraz is an exceptional BMW Advisor, and I will definitely go to him for my next BMW when it’s time. Dan Small exceptional service After sharing concerns with Dan Small about my 2006 525xi with 78K about additional expenses an outside BMW Certified mechanic had suggested when gett After sharing concerns with Dan Small about my 2006 525xi with 78K about additional expenses an outside BMW Certified mechanic had suggested when getting 6 spark plugs replaced and an ignition coil last week, Dan asked me if I would take a trip in to see him and have my car scanned. My 525xi sedan was purchased new from HerbChambers Boston in 2005 and the experience was transactional at best. During my warranty though I met Dan Small and he became my service advisor and I have come to really appreciate his ethics, pragmatism, reliability and communication skills. When my check engine light came on last week my car acted really funny and BMW service could not schedule me an appointment until a week out so I went outside to have the repair completed for the first time. I called Dan to explain and because of the concern he expressed I took him up on the offer to bring my car in yesterday. Dan had just completed $1,000 in repairs to my car for a valve cover gasket and a tire bead seal so he knew I was sensitive about more repairs and I had expressed over the last couple of trips that maybe it is time for a new car. He introduced me during my visit to the sales manager, Muhammad Kaleem to be educated on the cost of buying new again versus leasing. Because of Dan, I came to BMW yesterday and made the decision last night to trade in my car and lease a new 535xi sedan from Muhammad. Dan's approach to the consumer should be used a model for BMW service and sales going forward. He has the attributes to lead and perform either a service or sales role for the enterprise. More

Thanks to Chris Anslono, the quality service that was given to me from my phone conversation with him and then upon my arrival then taking the time to show me with a flash light what was wrong with my car in details as well as proving me information how dangerous it was to ride on a car with breaks in the condition mines were in. Chris went above and beyond to help me. i am exceedingly greatful ! His pleasant and professional attitudes help me in making my decision to get car fixed right away. I felt like i could trust him and his judgment. My car came in under and emergence situation. My breaks were making a loud sound that was very frightening. I called Chris told him i think it sounds like a safety issue. Chris had me come right in. it was address right away, which i was so glad i just had gotten off work and was tired. Chris got me a rental and he just made me a very happy customer. I have told my sister Mandy Payne-Russ to bring her car over to Herb Chambers in Boston. I will share my experience with FB. I have already share with my church family how God showed me favor threw a man name Chris Anslono. Thank you Herb Chambers for hiring such a good sprit professional person in your establishment like Chris. People need to experience this when spending their money. I felt valued. Thank you. I know this review is long overdue but Mr. Cleary was great and got me what I wanted. He even set it up so me and my goof ball brother could go to South Carolina pick up the 2013 e92 M3 competetion package and drive some other M3 and a 335i on the BMW track. However in South Carolina they didn't let US drift the cars on the skid pad :-( buhoo There is absolutely nothing bad I could say about buying that car "experience" I also highly recomend Marc Cleary he's extremely polite and honest. I would like also add and I can't remember the two person's names who work at the parts department who really took the time to find me some really hard parts for my 1990 e30 M3. During the many leases on 2 cars, one after another, Kevin is the most personable, forthright, honest and reliable individual I have ever encountered in the automobile business. A recent interaction exemplifies the meaning of service. The garage door opener mechanism for my new BMW X-1 was not working despite many attempts by myself and another person at the dealership. Kevin came to my home, calling a 1-800 number and going thru the necessary steps to re-program the garage mechanism that now allows an opening of the garage door from inside the car (and it was a complicated process). Then he adjusted the rear wiper blade rather than telling me to bring it into the dealership for servicing. He could not have been more accommodating, thorough and meticulous in his approach -- making sure everything was perfect before he left. Such service is why he is the only auto salesman I have dealt with for over 25 years. More
