My service advisor James is great. He provides excellent and helpful service every time. He was friendly, helpful and not pushy, from the first test drive, working through purchase options, including how to best handle a unique trade-in He was friendly, helpful and not pushy, from the first test drive, working through purchase options, including how to best handle a unique trade-in situation and up until the purchase and final registration of the car. I especially appreciated HC policy on test drives for the rather pricey car I purchased. With Steven, I showed up and he took me out for a test drive. I had inquired at another dealer about a test drive and I was asked "20 questions" on whether I was serious about a purchase and got so annoyed I passed on the drive. More
