The Best Surprise I recently moved to Boston from California and having never lived in the snow, was a little worried how my previous car could handle it. About 2 weeks ago my Dad began researching cars without my knowledge. He found Kevin's name online due to his stellar reputation, and began his search. In addition to all the criteria he had for the car, my Dad also wanted to keep all of this a secret from me and complete the transaction from California. Kevin was beyond accommodating, and best of all went completely out of his way to deliver the car to me at my home. To tell a concise version of the story, a friend of mine from home was involved and pretended the car was hers, then Kevin appeared walking up my street yelling about how she had stolen it and that it was NOT her car, then he turned to me and said it's your car. I was totally shocked to say the least. Overall, it was an extremely fun and entertaining process and having Kevin involved really made all the difference. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would highly recommend him. Not only will Kevin find you a beautiful car, he'll keep you smiling the entire time. More

As we followed the directions he had, the car went dead. Oh great! Called BMW and got CHRIS ANSLONO; he was most courteous, cool, smart and helpful. I thought the computer was messed up; he said no, check the battery. Sure enough. Local service station recharged it. Worked fine for a day. Next morning, dead again. Recharged it and off to Herb Chambers to see Chris. Chris and others in the Service Department responded with great professionalism. Got a new battery and took care of other issues. Car runs great! Wait there's more! I needed a car; no loaners were available. That’s OK, I'll rent. KEVIN BUGBEE from whom I bought the car and to whom I always say hello when I stop by for service sees me with the rental agent. He stops us and asks me: Can you drive a standard shift? Do you want to have fun today? Can I trust you? After thirty-seven years in the Navy, I responded: Come on Kevin of course! He said: Don't rent. Here’s the key to my car, it's a 335 convertible! What a ride, what a day, what service! Finally, when I picked the car up and looked at it inside and out. I said to myself: They should give a medal to they guy who washed it and cleaned it! I can’t remember it looking so good! I drive by other dealers to get service here with great people like CHRIS AND KEVIN. More

I was very impressed by his energy and dedication to help me in making the right decision for me. During the whole process he has shown such a high professionalism, punctuality, determination and knowledge of the cars while being focus on my desire and interest at the same time.
