Ahmed is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need (want), and provide the top-notch customer service that is rarely found in the car-buying experience. I cannot emphasize enough how much better the car buying experience with Ahmed is, when compared to the "average" car-buying experience. Amhed did whatever it took to get me the right cars to test drive and, once I decided on the one I wanted, went out of his way to make sure every single issue was addressed to my satisfaction. Aaron Allsopp (manager) helped keep the ball rolling when there was a lot of customers in the place, and Nicole was very nice helping us through the financial details and forms etc. Even after weeks after the sale Ahmed was available to address a couple of issues that arose. Overall the team made it my first positive car-buying experience (and I've had a lot of them!)! More

Although I had stopped at several dealerships I was not motivated to look again. I was not happy with the sales and staff members. To my surprise as I was shopping in Boston with my sister and she decided to stop by her dealership at Herb Chambers BMW/Mini Cooper to say hello. Before I knew it I was test driving different cars. I was astonished by the sales, employee and management staff and how they were working with me to find a perfect fit based on what I wanted and what my budget needs were. After viewing and driving multiple cars they came back to me with different options and explained each one in great detail. I also without even asking was offered a very fair price for trade-in on my current car. My sales manager introduced me to many of the staff involved and they were all so very helpful. I was treated with the up most respect and honesty which is very rare these days. At days end I was the proud new owner of a BMW Mini Cooper and thrilled with the service. I will be a lifetime member of the BMW/Mini family and will be looking forward to doing business with them in the future. In all the years of purchasing vehicles I have never had such a wonderful experience. When we arrived there, we were met by a pleasant salesman, Jim MacKenzie. He spent alot of time explaining the car to us and was most helpful in discussing the financing as well. We had a wonderful experience with Jim and everything promised was delivered. Since my husband really likes the car, I would not hesitate to buy myself a BMW when the time comes.
