With Herb Chambers, and more specifically Kevin Bugbee, the experience thankfully changed for the better. Kevin Bugbee took the time to sit and clearly explain all the pros vs cons of the different makes and models of BMW SUVs and 5series as well as clear and honest pricing on the options and overall lease/purchase cost differences. Kevin went out of his way to make sure the process was as seamless and efficient as possible, which I can certainly appreciate. As a small business owner myself I understand, and certainly respect, professional customer service from a knowledgeable sales team. Keep up the good work and I will be back when it is time to buy another BMW. More

Kevin helped us find just the right combination of model, options and price. He was very patient with us when we purchased are last new car (X3) in December. We pick through all the different choices of colors and package configurations. Kevin has a great sense of humor and make the experience enjoyable. It's like working with a trusted friend. Mark Lande was also very helpful and great to work with. He assisted Kevin with the delivery of our new car that we asked them pulled together in one day. Over-all I love working with the Kevin and the team at HC . I recommend Kevin and HC to anyone who asked me were to buy a car. More

Maybe the most important thing when making this kind of investment is trust- that your getting a great product, at a fair price from a sales guy (Kevin Bugbee) who has your interests at heart and will go to great lengths to make the experience easy, fun, and pain less. Everyone I've dealt with at this dealer - and it's mostly Kevin - has been professional, friendly and thorough. A well run organization with a staff who know their jobs and provide great customer service. A pleasure to do business with them all. More
Disappointed By and large my experience here was disappointing here. I had scheduled and appointment for a test drive and when I arrived the person I had spoken to By and large my experience here was disappointing here. I had scheduled and appointment for a test drive and when I arrived the person I had spoken to was not there, and I had to wait a long time for someone else. I got multiple calls before-hand from different people who seemed to be confused as to who had actually set the appointment and what car I was looking for. Just felt a little disorganized. I knew that, being in the city, this would be a difficult place to really do an effective test drive. The sales person basically gave me the keys and let me do my thing. That as OK I guess but it would have been better to have someone with me to explain things in more detail. That didn't really happen. He wasn't rude in any way but I felt like I was rushed. Ultimately I went to another Herb Chambers BMW dealer and felt like they were a bit more accommodating. Again, everyone was nice but I feel like scheduled appointments should take priority. More

Bad experience I had a 2011 E350 fully loaded and I went to lease a 2013 BMW 535 XI some how they convinced me to get a 528 XI the car wasn't available to test dr I had a 2011 E350 fully loaded and I went to lease a 2013 BMW 535 XI some how they convinced me to get a 528 XI the car wasn't available to test drive and they told me that it's at another dealership because of the parking issue in Boston, I was concerned about the new car that it 's a 4 cylinder and I have told the sales person that I drive an E 350 then he said that I would be happy with the car, I picked up the car, 5 Days later I called about navigation,heating system, Greasy oil smell inside the vehicle as well loud motor and water pump. The response was just put one thousand miles on it then See if I would like it or not ( 17minutes conversation) , Then problems start to get worse, I called back again and I said that I don't want that vehicle, guess what they said oh it's too late otherwise I have to pay way more money to get out of the lease to change the car, one of the problems that I tried to wipe the seats the dye came off on the towel, the car drives like a pick up truck and you can hear every thing under the hood, it's really not a good quality as well I went along with a senior tech and he is expecting me to drive it like an old fellow, it's really crazy that I am stuck with that vehicle till the end of the lease. They get you with good greetings emails. To me actions speaks louder than words !!!!! Summary I would never buy any car from that branch again because. 1- I didn't test drive the car that I bought 2- they convince the customer to put a one first thousand miles then see if they like it (too late then) 3- you go to customer service they totally ignore the issue and they say that it's not found. 4- 2 month to get a service appointment .
