Happy and greatful customer I came into the dealer a little upset because i waited over a hour in the lobby of my job for a pick up, then when i called they told me to take a cab I came into the dealer a little upset because i waited over a hour in the lobby of my job for a pick up, then when i called they told me to take a cab at there exspence. i was still upset! but upon reaching the dealer ship, Chris ask me how was i doing and i told him what happen. he apologize an sat down with me call upstairs or where ever he called and told them to drop everything and focus on my car. i felt valued and then my bill was a large amount he gave me a discount . tears started falling down my face i was so greatful because i really did not have the money i was making a sacrifise and he blessed me . i forgot about how i was left in the lobby of my joy for a hour all i could do is thank God that i had a kind hearted professional advisor who cared about me and what had happen to me and tried to rectifiy the problem. i live near the norwood dealer but i choose to come to boston for my service because of excellent customer service like what Chris gives. sometime people need to just feel someone cares special when they are spending there hard earn working money and it will make it easier to pay with a smile. Great Place in Boston for BMW! I love this BMW location, probably the BEST dealership I've been too! I went there to buy our first BMW with my family, my sales advisor Mark Lande an I love this BMW location, probably the BEST dealership I've been too! I went there to buy our first BMW with my family, my sales advisor Mark Lande and Jason O'Brien(manager) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! They answered all my million questions about our new BMW. They helped make a right decision for me and my family. Most importantly they were very interested in what I want it and they really like to know their customers and their needs! They told me all the information that I needed to know before making my final decision. They made whole process of buying a new car so much easier. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I love my new BMW Xdrive. We were amazed with the excellent service and knowledge that the staff carries here! Very knowledgeable staff at HC Boston Met with Ahmed to talk about a 5-Series. The nice thing about BMW is that they aren't overly aggressive dealers.
