Somehow the deal switched to a 428, and although the car Kevin found us didn't have all the equipment we wanted in it we were excited when we put a deposit on the car. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and we both decided it was best to put the new car on hold and get the deposit back.... Kevin specifically my fiancé the deposit could be returned at any point, no questions asked. When I called Kevin was very rude about getting the deposit back. He asked me and my fiancé very inappropriate questions (including if it had to do with a back up camera), he lied and said it would be done right away when it was done 2 days later, and untimately hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. It was bad enough that I had a parent in the hospital.... I did not need added stress from a sales associate. A few days later Kevin called my fiancé again. Not to check on us, not to apologize..... To let him know that he sold the car to someone else. Wow! Well a week later I am back in Mass after a 4 day trip to be with my dad and we already signed papers at South Shore Bmw. Not only were we treated with respect, we got a 528xl for less than the 428 they were selling us here.... And it has a back up camera. More

As a first-time BMW owner (2 weeks) and still very unfamiliar with the vehicle, I misdiagnosed a problem and wound up in a bad spot. Kevin in Sales, Chris in Service and Mike, one of the dealership's awesome drivers, extended themselves, at the expense of their time, effort, and pocketbooks, to try to rectify the situation. When they discovered that the car was in completely perfect working order and it was simply my naivete (and a particularly bad week of many distractions) that caused me to assume a performance problem, they could not have been more gentlemanly about it. I'm so grateful that when I finally had the opportunity to fulfill a long held aspiration to own a BMW, I decided to come to Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. More

First the sales advisor Abdou Mehreb was very professional, friendly and honest throughout the whole process. He also was a resource with any question or issue I had concerning the car even after I took possession of the car. Throughout the lease, service was always done in a timely fashion and the work was good. They almost always found a way to accommodate even when I walked in. Some of the guys go the extra mile making sure that they check wiper fluid or else even if you drive in for tire pressure. To top it all, at end of lease review I got to work with Kevin Bugbee who was very friendly (smiles go a long way) and made the whole process a pleasurable experience (despite the snow storm) I would definitely recommend this dealership and Abdou (for buying advice), he'll definitely take good care of you.
