Our First BMW We needed a 'larger' vehicle that had a third row. We zeroed in on the X5 and went in to the Commonwealth BMW to test drive the car. Sheraz Sheikh m We needed a 'larger' vehicle that had a third row. We zeroed in on the X5 and went in to the Commonwealth BMW to test drive the car. Sheraz Sheikh met us at the door and was very helpful in getting us set up to test drive the vehicle. My husband and I loved how the car drove, so we engaged with Sheraz in person and via email about the X5. He was very responsive, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He let us come to a decision about purchasing the vehicle without any pressure. We purchased the X5 and are very happy with the upgrade! He also promised my son a BMW hat and he delivered on the day we got the keys. My son was thrilled! We look forward to working with him in the future. We also worked with Devan Frye who walked us through the inside of the vehicle and the computer system that is so integral to the vehicle operating correctly. He was very patient with me and has asked us to come back in to get a more thorough tutorial on the vehicle. More
