He listened very closely to what both my wife and I needed and helped us look at two separate vehicles that we had not considered before -- a 328i GT and a 640. We ended up buying them both and are absolutely thrilled with the purchases. Jason was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and helped us get creative on the financial end of the transactions. Ask for him when you arrive -- you will be glad you did. I also wanted to call out Jim McKenzie who was a terrific source of information about each car we purchased. Painless purchase!! I was in the market for a VW Passat. I came across "the one" at Herb Chambers BMW-mini of Boston. First off I felt like I would get the quick run arou I was in the market for a VW Passat. I came across "the one" at Herb Chambers BMW-mini of Boston. First off I felt like I would get the quick run around because I was there to even look at BMWs. That was not the case at all with this dealership. First interaction was made with Steve Burns, who was also business with other potential buyers but made it very clear he was there to answer any and all questions I had. He kept checking in with my family and I as we looked around and waited for the car to be brought down for the test drive. I purchased the car on the spot. Steve was quick to make this experience as quick and non stressful as possible. He went over and beyond with his professionalism and kindness doing things that were not required of him but showed true colors and that is something I take note of. Originally I was a bit bummed at not being able to have the car delivered to me as I drove to Boston (60 miles) twice already, but because he could not make that happen he opted to come in on his day off a day earlier for me to be able to pick it up. My experience with everyone at Herb Chambers was very pleasant, I would most definitely recommend the dealership and Steve Burns to help you out when it comes to purchasing your next vehicle! More
