Besides providing me with the Ultimate Driving Machine, these folks also do an amazing job with the customer service. From the moment I pull down the driveway, until I leave, all interactions with their staff are excellent. You can certainly tell that Herb Chambers makes their customers experience top priority. Luckily the only times I have had to visit the service center are generally for routine service and just about every time I have been there the last few years, I have worked with Nick Mitrano. He is a pleasure to work with and very detailed as a service advisor, he also makes sure I always have a ride or loaner. He also keeps me up to date on the repairs during the day. I'm sure the advisors deal with hundreds of customers per week, yet are able to provide friendly, and comfortable service. Also shout out to my always awesome, and amazing leasing agent Kevin Bugbee. Kevin has become a friend over my years with Herb Chambers BMW of Boston and simply goes above and beyond in every facet imaginable. He is a true professional. I called the dealership and couldn't get a loaner for 3 weeks. I texted my salesman, Kevin Bugbee, who told me, "we're gonna change that" He called me in 10 minutes and told him to meet him first thing in the morning at the dealership. What he had waiting for me was HIS car to take (a 435 convertible) - who does that? My car happened to be ready by the end of the day, however, I couldn't get back to the dealership until after 5:30. He called me and said, no problem, take my car for the night, and I'll see you in the morning. Company representatives like Kevin are 1 in a million and I will never forget this experience More

Top notch sales service! My wife and I were thrilled working with James. We were in the market for a new car and we weren't quite sure what we wanted. We were coming out of a 7-series and the only original criteria my wife had was that she wanted something smaller. James took note of my wife's personality, likes and dislikes and helped guide us to not only the right car for her, but also which options that made it a perfect match! For example, she wanted smaller (4-series), but not cramped and easy access (Gran Coupe), sporty and attractive (M-package, custom paint/interior), winter ready (X-drive, Cold weather package), easy to maneuver (Park assist and top-view camera package, and most of all, fun (Surround sound, Apple car play). He was extremely patient and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He entertained my young son and had a personal gift for him the next time we came in. He even came in on his day off just to finish things up for us and get her behind the wheel sooner. He went above and beyond and we can't say enough about the quality service he provided. Failed repair under warranty will not service for 10 days! I left a review last year for 5 stars. My, how things have changed. I spent $557 October 2016 for a left tie rod replacement. Upon delivery of the vehicle, I discovered that the vehicle was not in fact repaired, so I had to bring it in again, at which point the repair was completed. Fast forward to September 2017, when I bring my car in for inspection (not at Herb Chambers). It fails due to the left tie rod. I called Herb Chambers on 9/7 and left a message for my service adviser, who never called me back. I called Herb Chambers AGAIN on 9/15, and explain that this was a failed repair under warranty and that I need to have it rectified ASAP so that I can get my inspection sticker. They will not fit me in until 9/25 (10 days from now). I asked for a manager, who declined to get on the phone with me. To be clear, this is THEIR REPAIR that has failed during the warranty period, it presents safety concerns when driving, and they refuse to consider the circumstances in their scheduling decision. The only option is the same option I was originally offered: 10 days from today (17 days from when I originally called). FAIL. More
