I was approved by BMW Financial as I submitted the credit app via email. When I arrived to pick up my new BMW the car was waiting and registered. I was in and out of the dealership within 1 hour. By far the best car buying experience that I’ve had and have bought Mercedes and other high end vehicles in the past. No dealership comes close is customer service that BMW of Boston. More
Above and Beyond James made it clear from the get-go that he was committed to solving the issues. He also has a very close relationship with my warranty company, and worked with them to cover repairs that it probably would not have been covered otherwise. He is responsive, empathetic, kind, and goes above and beyond at his job. He is absolutely one-of-a-kind, and I understand why he is in such demand, because it's hard to find people like him who care so much. He is truly amazing, and if you have the opportunity to work with him, you are in for a treat. His kindness understanding, and empathy as a human being, sets him apart from others, and he is truly the type of employee that BMW needs and deserves to attract people who are my age. As a young person, this type of customer service is incredibly impactful, and it makes the difference between a customer and someone who go somewhere else. I will never take my vehicle to another service location, simply because I value James, I value his integrity, and I value his work ethic. He cares about me, and even though this is something that he does everyday, he never forgets that each individual car is a part of someone's life. And that is truly what makes the difference. He is amazing, hand I hope that he goes very far. BMW, if you ever read this, please give him a shout out. This man deserves the world, he has better in your organization and generated revenue and repeat customers selflessly hand without fail, and he is the type of person they you need better your business, and To grow. James is the one, James has the vision, and James has the understanding of the industry, to really make a profound difference on all the lives that he touches. HOWEVER, that ch I was dreading buying a new car but my 10 year old BMW needed to be replaced. Herb Chambers was not my first choice in dealerships. HOWEVER, that changed when I met Ahmed. He was patient, pleasant and accommodating during the process, which wasn't that simple (I had rather specific requests). Ahmed worked with us on pricing and options, and has followed up to make sure I'm happy. He has a good sense of humor, and spent a very long time making sure everything was just right. 100% Above and Beyond Customer Service! After searching for nearly a month for a specific late model BMW, we finally located one that matched our requirements at Herb Chambers in Boston. Af After searching for nearly a month for a specific late model BMW, we finally located one that matched our requirements at Herb Chambers in Boston. After traveling from Maine on a Friday afternoon, and dealing with unexpected traffic, we arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before closing. I went inside and was greeted by Nick Lagas. I explained that we had traveled from Maine to see a particular vehicle and requested just to see it in person, nothing else. The vehicle was on another lot and Nick offered to take us there. We felt bad because the dealership was actually closed, but took him up on his offer after he explained that he was completely fine with it. After seeing the vehicle we were certainly interested, but were also completely fine with making another trip in a day or two. Nick wouldn't have any part of that. He checked with the other team members required to complete the purchase and to my surprise everyone agreed to stay, and did it with a smile on their face. We finally wrapped up the purchase more than 2 hours after the dealership closed and never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. Working in sales myself, I know the last thing anyone wants to do is stay late on a Friday night for a "potential" sale. To top it all off Nick spent another hour going through every option and setting on the vehicle with my wife. In all of my years of purchasing cars I can honestly say that I've never seen anyone go above and beyond like Nick and the rest of the staff. I'm truly grateful and my wife is in love with her BMW. The entire team at Herb Chambers were phenomenal and I wanted to applaud them on the professional, courteous and caring customer service they provided. Melissa, the General Manager was very helpful in making a stressful situation as convenient as possible by working with my schedule and accommodating my request to get some figures and specs before having to come to the dealer location. Her flexibility was helpful due to the circumstances and she expeditiously engaged the appropriate team members to help purchase/lease my next vehicle. Her overall demeanor and understanding in our call gave me the assurances that she was willing to work with me. The sales representative, Abdou Merheb, was primarily concerned with helping me find the best vehicle and ensuring that I was happy on all aspects of the deal. He was friendly, personable and kind which makes a big difference, and only concerned with my satisfaction. He was very responsive via email and phone when called upon and made arrangements to ensure my comfort (i.e. requesting a BMW representative to take me home rather than allow me to pay for an Uber). Giovanni, the General Sales Manager ensured that the deal Abdou was presenting me was made a reality. He was cordial and ensured that the transaction at this BMW dealership went beyond the dollars and cents to more about the customer and their satisfaction. The entire team - from those that greeted me (Jano) to the technical adviser that drove me home (Mark) were very hospitable. The sign of a truly prosperous and successful organization is one that prides itself in treating people with kindness, respect and fairness.
