The first time I took my car was without an appointment for a failing Low Pressure Fuel Pump - they kept the car for a few days and he kept my regularly informed throughout the process. When I went back to pick it up, Higor himself went out to the back and brought my car down. I had such a wonderful experience with him that as soon as I needed to come in again, I just emailed him directly for his availability. Damaged my car and repaired with velcro The dealership was working on my bmw i8 and called me to let me know it was ready for pickup. After a month of working on it they scratched the rear The dealership was working on my bmw i8 and called me to let me know it was ready for pickup. After a month of working on it they scratched the rear fender. They said they would repair it and once it was complete they called me back to pick it up. When I came back, both front fenders wweee scraped and the windshield was cracked all the way across. They agreed to repair it and when I came back again the car had been put back together with VELCRO! I still have a damaged vehicle after my car has spent two full months at the dealership. I called multiple times requesting to speak to the service manager and throughout the entire two month ordeal never heard back from them. More
