SERVICE MANAGERS The service department is a disaster. The service manager, James Gibbons, is unhelpful. He is also condescending, arrogant, and rude. I have had to go there due to the recalls on my BMW 330XI. Otherwise, I use an independent service shop where "condescending, arrogant, and rude" are not descriptive. Well done, James! Now I have another good story to tell regarding not only the incompetence of the Service Departments MANAGERS but also how Herb seems to employ only real schmucks (look up the origin and use that) who check their ethics at the door.
