He found an M5 that fit my taste and ordered it from BMW's NJ processing center, and after an hour or so of paperwork and going over the car, I got to drive off in it. Excellent sales &customer service -Countryman Sam was a great sales executive for us to work with. He waited two months while we finalized our car. I was fortunate to talk to Hadi in the showroom and I was so impressed with his NO pressure attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable about the options and process. My wife who is extremely fussy about who she feels with felt so relaxed and welcomed by Hadi. Hadi gave us the BEST price that we could get after shopping around. He kept us updated throw the ordering and building process and the car arrived on the date that he established for us. Today we picked up the car and had allowed an hour or so to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were 100% pleased before a service rep taught my wife how to operate all of the systems in the car. She just told me that in 40 years, she had never met a nicer more sincere salesman. We are in Real Estste sales so we know.... This man was really relaxed and didn’t make up stories... He gave us the facts and he even introduced me to the general manager who was as warm and welcoming..... My son is going over this week to order a new 330i sedan from Hadi.. as an attorney, he my be impressed by only knowegable and authentic salespeople.... He is wonderful...
