Worked with Giovanni to submit my credit application 2 weeks prior to coming into the dealership in order to get a better sense of credit-based price for my potential lease BEFORE I came into the dealership. Giovanni quoted me at $447 in writing via email and verbally confirmed over the phone that he successfully submitted my application and I was approved at that price. Waited 2 hours at the dealership to be told that they were closing and there wasn't enough time to complete the P&S. Returned the next day - they "couldn't find my prior credit application in the BMW system" and had to rerun my credit a second time (costing me another set of hard inquiries on my report). 5 minutes before I sat down to sign the P&S they made me sign some document that apparently had "price subject to credit approval" buried at the bottom. Once I was ready to sign the P&S they tell me that my monthly price is going to increase to $486. This is a completely misleading sales experience that Giovanni used to benefit the dealership not the customer - even though he knew my price should go up based on my tier, he gave me the lowest price, lied about my application, in order to get me into the dealership. At that point, why would I walk away? They knew I would sign at whatever price since I had come this far. Katie George was able to somewhat rectify the issue by getting the price down, but only $15, and blamed it on me, the customer, in the process. I will not be working with Giovanni moving forward. This experience has instilled zero trust in me to continue mine or my family's relationship with this dealership after my lease is up. Finally, when I picked up my car, it was covered in a layer of dust and dirt from the construction site next door. More

Easy to schedule, easy to work with, accurate estimate I used the online scheduling feature and was able to pick a time and a date that worked best for me. Prior to my arrival, I had some questions/clarif I used the online scheduling feature and was able to pick a time and a date that worked best for me. Prior to my arrival, I had some questions/clarifications and the service manager was very quick to get back to me. During the day, I received texts and emails through out the day with a link to an easy to use system to select or decline additional services that were required/recommended. Made payment online as well, and when I showed up, my car was clean and ready. Excellent professional service department. More

Excellent Experience I took my Mini in for its annual "check-up" and inspection. From the minute I arrived, I was treated like royalty by a very highly competent and very I took my Mini in for its annual "check-up" and inspection. From the minute I arrived, I was treated like royalty by a very highly competent and very friendly staff. Because a diagnostic showed I needed a little work (nothing major), I was informed that I would be waiting from 2-3 hours. I had come prepared with and excellent book and the games on my iPhone, and the time went by very quickly. The lounge area was very crowded, but everyone was quiet and involved in their own diversions to the point that we all refused to have the TV turned on!! When my car was ready, I was personally visited by the person who had checked me in who gave me the "all set" and instructions for checking out and retrieving my car. On my way out, the person who was going to check me out with my car noticed that the tires hadn't been checked, and personally drove my car back into the service area to put air in the tires. I then left, and my car drove like a charm. In terms of service and the waiting time, I had no complaints at all. There was just one glitch, and it really had nothing to do with the service and the staff. The outside door to the ladies room closes with a very loud, hard slam. If you were in the showroom for a short period of time, you may not even notice it. However, if you are sitting in the waiting area just a few feet away from the door for a solid 2 and a half hours on a busy day when the ladies room was in constant use, the constant loud slamming grew to be quite annoying while trying to read a book. Again, this is a simple facilities issue, and has nothing to do with the quality of service I received. Thank you very much!! More
