Car Overheated on Business Trip I was on a business trip to Boston and my car broke down. I had it towed at nearly 7pm to HC BMW. Lost car I dropped my car for an oil change and took an uber there/to work/and back. they told me I could come after hours to pick up my car, when shop was clo I dropped my car for an oil change and took an uber there/to work/and back. they told me I could come after hours to pick up my car, when shop was closed but show room was still open and they would leave my keys with sales showroom. they wrote this information down and assured me. I came to pick up my car via uber and when I arrived, they could not find my keys or my car. in the end, I had to take an uber home which was far. I also had childcare issues at 7 am the next day because I had no car. More

Service advisor Nick M asked me when was the last time I got serviced and I explained it was the first and he asked where it was done and where I bought the car. He actually was familiar with the establishment where I purchased my vehicle and went above and beyond and called them to explain the situation where the company was able to pay for the service. Nick turned my day into a good day rather than a stressful day by going above and beyond. More
Replace oil pan only Valvoline Oil had stripped out the bolt on my oil pan, so they agreed to have Herb Chambers replace it. When I got my quote they told me that I neede Valvoline Oil had stripped out the bolt on my oil pan, so they agreed to have Herb Chambers replace it. When I got my quote they told me that I needed to replace the gaskets on the oil filter and engine also. Ever since I drove into the service department the only issue I had was with the oil pan bolt being stripped. Now I'm having issues with the front end and the 2 gaskets. I which I never went to Valvoline and also never went to Herb Chambers to have it repared, because now the vehicle runs like xxxx and before all this it was running perfect. More

It wasn't what I was expecting for a luxury car dealership. This was my first time purchasing a BMW which has been a dream car of mine for quite some time. I had high expectations when it came to the type of se This was my first time purchasing a BMW which has been a dream car of mine for quite some time. I had high expectations when it came to the type of service I was hoping to be provided with and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. I knew I wasn't going to be able to afford a new vehicle so I was weighing all my options for a used one. I did feel as though because I wasn't spending as much money as some other clients there that the attention to detail on the process of my purchase was a little neglected. I felt that there was a lot of miscommunication (some on my part), but mostly on the dealerships part. I had asked for my plates to be transferred so that I wouldn't have to re-register my car for certain parking permits that I had and it wasn't until I went to pick-up the car and drive it home that I noticed the new plates. It's a good thing I didn't take the Mass Pike that day because I would've been charged for the incorrect license plate number. Also, I was told by my insurance company that the dealership had sent over an incorrect form and therefore they assumed that I had picked up the vehicle that day, so they took my old vehicle off the insurance. Because I wasn't able to pick up the new car until that Saturday my old car that I was still driving was not insured for those 4 days. I didn't find out about this until my insurance contacted me to tell me they still needed a form from the dealership. The whole situation was truly a headache and to be honest it was unclear who's fault it was because when I asked both parties about why that happened, neither took responsibility and they blamed each other. Lastly,I had received an email from one of the managers (Giovanni) following up about my initial visit and I had called him back and left him a voice to call me because I wanted to speak with him about my experience and he never returned my phone call. Overall, it wasn't was I expecting. For the amount of money that people are spending I was expecting a much better experience. I love my new BMW and it's everything that I wanted and more, but for my next one I would probably consider going somewhere else. More
