Service They told me that I am due for service, but never told me that my free service agreement had been expired just about 10 days before that. Janely was helpful answering specific questions and quick to respond. At the dealership, Brian assisted during the test drive and sale. He was very knowledgable, personable, and pointed out all the features. Very detailed and noticed a few minor items that he would have corrected for us. Upon delivery, Brian took the time to pair the phone and again review key features with the primary driver. Very happy with our 1st Mini purchase so far. More

Rude and incompetent - never a good combination! I use to enjoy excellent service with Matt Brown. He left and since then I had a couple of rude service people. I do not understand why such rude people are put in a position of public relations, but I do not like them. I do not care for the way they talked down to me nor the tone of their voice. Making matters worst, the mechanics are not the best. The last time I went into this dealership was for regular service. I was on a service contract. I believed I was due for an oil change; the obnoxious service person told me how 'wrong' I was despite what the manual states. I told him I would pay for it despite the service plan, that clearly I overpaid for! I was going on a long trip to NYC and wanted the car in really good condition. Besides, I love my BMW and wanted to take care of it. Despite me making this clear, 3 times, that I wanted the oil changed; they did not do this. I left the service station, and on the way to NYC, I was about 20 miles away on the Mass Pike, and the car started to set off alerts for 'low oil.' I had to pull over call the service person. He was typically rude; everyone in the car heard him on the car phone and was horrified at the condensation for an obvious mistake. Herb Chambers' service person wanted me to purchase oil from the Mass Pike gas station - NOT BMW Brand! - and Herb Chambers would reimbursement for the oil! So I paid Herb Chambers under an extended service contract for maintenance, including oil changes. I end up doing it myself, while dressed up, in an emergency situation, and they offer to pay me for the oil; again NOT BMW Brand. Outrageous! I have purchased many cars from Herb Chambers, because I thought they had good service. I currently own 2 BMWs I purchased from Herb Chambers. I will not do business with Herb Chambers again. More

Not right now I was never notified that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick my car the wait was 25 minutes to get it from their warehouse. I was half way home I was never notified that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick my car the wait was 25 minutes to get it from their warehouse. I was half way home when I noticed the oil service light had not been reset. Also, there was a notice about a battery for a remote. No one addressed that. Overall disappointing - Nick the service advisor did nothing to assist. More
