My vehicle is under warranty but the dealership refused to apply the warranty, claiming that BMW would not reimburse them for the repair. So I will need to go to court for reimbursement. As a general matter, this service center suffers from its urban location. Considerable congestion checking in, and then you have to wait for them to find your car when you come to pick it up, sometimes 10 or 20 minutes. And the amenities while you are waiting for repairs are incredibly cheap. I had to walk to a nearby deli to get a Diet Coke. More

I know al components are original, but competition has much better pricing to the tune of making me think about changing to them. Other than that, it was great. James is very good. More

He made sure that the right car was located for us and we received benefit of the latest lease offer from BMW. He has since helped with floor mats to velcro stickers for the EZ pass sensor. He is a full service sales representative, whom I would recommend highly to anybody! Edwin is great at explaining all the features of the new X3, and is ready to help at any time! I had an especially rude experience with James, my advisor this week, and am seriously considering not leasing again with BMW due to these consistent issues. More

1st time at Herb Preston in the sales department was knowledgeable, helpful and return my calls. He put pressure to buy the $10000 maintenance package and when I settled on the $3000 package he was done . All of a sudden he had someone from the service department that was more important to talk too. Almost blow the deal Jasper if it wasn’t for such a nice car. More
