I custom built and ordered a 2021 Mini Cooper Countryman from HC BMW of Boston. I dealt with Brian E. and Liz (Business Manager), both of who have been extremely helpful and accommodating. The car was bui from HC BMW of Boston. I dealt with Brian E. and Liz (Business Manager), both of who have been extremely helpful and accommodating. The car was built overseas and has just arrived in Boston. Everything was done over the phone. I am hopefully picking up my new car this weekend. So far, everything has gone perfectly and the car arrived in the timeframe that was conveyed to me. More
