Our sales person, Rodrigo Moreno, was great. The sales manager who handled and finalized our paper work - Samuel Desriches - was not. He was rude, overly aggressive, and condescending. He also made me wa manager who handled and finalized our paper work - Samuel Desriches - was not. He was rude, overly aggressive, and condescending. He also made me wait 2.5 hours before taking care of the documents. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I am beyond happy with my new 2021 X5 but to top it all off the Customer Service I received was wonderful. I was greeted right away and introduced to everyone that I would be working with. My sales guy Kevin was outstanding and the Manager Giovanni went above and beyond to make my purchase hassle free. This is my first BMW and thank you to the manufacturer for finally installing the remote starter I'm confident that I will be a new loyal BMW Customer. This car has so many options and features that I just love. If you are looking for a friendly person to walk you through step by step details about your purchase and make you laugh and enjoy your time at a Dealership this is the place to go!! I mean lets face it the Dealership is not everyone's fun spot.. But this place is upbeat and they are honest, no games, no haggle, no holding your keys hostage until you finally sign the paperwork!!
