Hadi provided a pleasant sales experience with no pressure. He was knowledgeable about the subject vehicle and did an excellent job of matching my BMW "build" with cars that the dealer had in invento pressure. For the first time, I bought a BMW 535xi from Boston Herb Chamber BMW. Recently, I went there for a regular service and met with Brett Robinson, a customer service rep. I could not believe the royal treatment I received from Brett at BMW. It certainly surpassed the superior customer service I have always enjoyed at Benz. Brett listened to me very carefully and treated me with utmost respect. He set up a driver to drop me off and pick me up the next day. Absolutely no hassle. All my concerns with the car was taking care of and I drove back home a super clean car. Hands Down- 5* customer rep guy. A true gentleman!! I will certainly consider buying another BMW.
