The Service Rep (Higor) was fantastic. The vehicle had to stay longer that I originally planned so he offered to take to and back from an event that I was planning to attend. They now send videos from the te stay longer that I originally planned so he offered to take to and back from an event that I was planning to attend. They now send videos from the tech showing exactly that they are looking at so it’s easy to actually view and understand their recommendations. I recently tried to negotiate the price on a new order of a car. I was told they are not discounting at all. Although, other dealerships in the same area are offering discounts on the same order.
