Nick Lagas from Herb Chambers BMW mini Boston is an awesome and amazing sales guy. I have bought couple of vehicles from him in last 10 years and couldn't be more happier anywhere else. The Service Rep (Higor) was fantastic. The vehicle had to stay longer that I originally planned so he offered to take to and back from an event that I was planning to attend. They now send videos from the te stay longer that I originally planned so he offered to take to and back from an event that I was planning to attend. They now send videos from the tech showing exactly that they are looking at so it’s easy to actually view and understand their recommendations. I recently tried to negotiate the price on a new order of a car. I was told they are not discounting at all. Although, other dealerships in the same area are offering discounts on the same order.
