bought 2007 328xi 10 years ago; after 3 months everything that could do wrong did - what a disaster and very upset that it was a certified car; the repair rep was unprepared and quoted me the wrong amount fo that could do wrong did - what a disaster and very upset that it was a certified car; the repair rep was unprepared and quoted me the wrong amount for repairs; Matt saved me from a heart attack and after another challenge, once again did the right thing and saved me from a Massive heart Attack; I am a social worker on a modest income and my dream was to own a BMW - that dream was heading for nightmare status until Matt stepped up - the only reason I might buy another care here is because of Matt .. I am due to get another car.. we shall see if HC can take care of a SW front liner this time/ give Matt a raise please More
