I recently returned to Herb Chambers BMW to transition out of my second Tesla Model 3 Performance lease, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. I’ve been a fan of the Herb Chambers group since my ol out of my second Tesla Model 3 Performance lease, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. I’ve been a fan of the Herb Chambers group since my old SAAB 900 Turbo days, and it’s clear their commitment to transparency and top-tier service hasn’t changed. The process began with Internet Sales Manager Brianna Patno, who was outstanding. She provided every key detail I requested on the car upfront, making the digital side of the transaction seamless and efficient. When it came to the numbers, Sales Manager Seraaj Fayyaz was a total straight shooter. He’s the one who really "dug deep" to structure a highly competitive deal that made the switch from Tesla an easy choice. I finalized the process with Sharaz Sheikh, who was patient, professional, and courteous throughout. Closing a deal can sometimes be the most tedious part of the day, but Sharaz made it a pleasure. The entire staff at this location operates with that same level of professionalism. If you’re a current EV owner looking for a more luxurious, high-quality driving experience without the typical dealership "games," I highly recommend this team. It’s good to be in a BMW! More
While the dealer was responsive, they used deceptive practices as we were closing the deal. On their own website, there was an offer for the month of March to combine 1.99% financing with loyalty rebate practices as we were closing the deal. We qualified for top tier credit, but were told in the finance office that 1.99 apr could not be combined with loyalty rebates. This conflicted with the website and what the sales team stated. This is a deceptive marketing activity and should be reported to consumer financial protection bureau. The finance guy offered to throw in all weather mats as a concession. They are already included per the window sticker. Would not do business with them again. More

This review is only about management and the back office Summary: I leased a BMW i5 in November of 2024 and I just purchased a CPO BMW iX in February 2026. I purchased as a New Hampshire resident and both times the registration/delivery process was much slower than normal. I had negative experiences in the Finance office both times - with the iX experience being worst. BMW i5: I worked every single detail of this lease with a manager ahead of time. We agreed on trade, discount, rebates, down payment, monthly payment - every single number. When I got there I jumped straight to the finance office where the numbers had changed. The FM tried all the standard tricks to convince me I was wrong and to get me to agree to the higher prices - pretending to do me a favor when I insisted he was mistaken. In the end at least the final price was the values agreed on. After purchase (a Thursday afternoon) - delivery/registration took longer than I expected. I eventually complained the next week and my salesman stepped up and personally delivered the vehicle for registration and delivery on Wed. 6th calendar, 4th business day. BMW iX: I inquired and agreed upon all details ahead of time. CPO iXs were available with a 72 month, 1.99% financing incentive and I wanted to utilize the deal to include ane extended warranty/VSC. In the Finance office I was offered a VSC and a maintenance contract - both for 84 months and some amount of miles. When I inquired as to whether they were 84 months from purchase or 84 months from the initial in service date - I was told that the terms were for 84 months from the purchase date - fully covering my finance period. I signed all paperwork without explicitly verifying all the fine print (fully my mistake). After reading the paperwork I learned that both the VSC and maintenance plans were 84 months from the in service date (3 years prior). Since the CPO warranty for the vehicle extended to 60 months, the 84 month VSC was really only a 24 month extension. I reached out to complain about this and the FM doubled down - insisting it was a 84 months form purchase and that he could prove it. He instead sent me documentation confirming a 2030 expiration date (48 months only). In addition to this, delivery was slow yet again. Registration finally occurred on the 6th business day and 10th calendar day from purchase (one of those 6 business days was a late opening day after a snowstorm for full transparency). Herb Chambers BMW offers a pre-owned guarantee that allows you to return a Pre owned car within 5 days of purchase - how convenient that they can't even deliver a pre-owned car within 10 days from purchase - preventing me from even possibly executing that option. Some extra notes - so far the GM has reached out to try and "resolve" the situation - insisting on a phone call with no indication of what they intend or an apology of any kind (no one from the office has apologized or anything at this point). I was not interested in the price I paid for the VSC for only 24 months extra coverage so I cancelled it - which comes off the back end of the finance contract only - leaving the original elevated payment the same. This particular vehicle was CPO and had a carfax clearly indicating that it was in an accident with "minor damage". I gave it a quick look over during my test drive but clearly I failed my duty of examining it fully. Since taking delivery it is clear that the repairs done were done poorly - the Driver side door is misaligned, the driver side headlight isn't seated properly, and there are signs of poor paint repair. When I purchased I fully expected I would have the 5 day guarantee to evaluate for issues and return if they were bad but I naively didn't expect that process to take 10 days inste More

I've had my car for years, and there have been many times when repairs felt tough and expensive. During those times, I always had faith that situations would somehow work out, and they did. Mohammed, Karill, Jared, Samik, Ryan, and Matt have all shown me, time and time again, that compassion and genuine care are still out there. In that rough moment, Mohammed asked me if I believed in God. His question surprised me and meant a great deal. It reminded me that there are good people who truly care about others, and I'll never forget how much that meant to me. More
I have used the service department 5 times for MAJOR and minor service. They are fast, professional, and HONEST.
