Exceptional buying experience. I had an idea of what we wanted and our advisor Sheraz guided us through the options expertly. We never felt rushed to make a decision and Sheraz mad I had an idea of what we wanted and our advisor Sheraz guided us through the options expertly. We never felt rushed to make a decision and Sheraz made himself available as we thought it over, ultimately making the decision to buy. The closing process took 20 minutes and was transparent throughout. When I picked up the vehicle an advisor spent over an hour in the car with me taking me through the operation of all the systems and then setting up the BMW app Overall this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing an automobile. My calls and inquiries to the service department, specifically James Gibbons, are answered promptly and always respectfully with no sense of rushing or impatience. Details of mechanical issues are explained clearly and realistic and reasonable cost estimates are provided. The exceptional quality of work performed on my cars provides me an invaluable sense of comfort for myself and my family.
