I am incredibly disappointed with the manner in which I have been treated at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. I purchased a car for my son remotely and the requests that have been made change daily in order t have been treated at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. I purchased a car for my son remotely and the requests that have been made change daily in order to get his license plates from out of state. Management demanded that i surrender my son's title on his trade even though the new vehicle is not in his possession despite being paid for. This is very disappointing and discouraging. Do not buy from them! More
