I call my Maserati dealer and am directed to Service Manager Raymond Guarino. He’s professional, he listens and tells exactly what happened. I was 70 miles from home, could it be fixed today? He gave what the repair bill would be and told me if I could get there (45 minutes away), it would be fixed today. PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, and HE WANTED TO HELP.
