Henry Brown Buick GMC

I came to the dealership about three months ago with the intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. In particular, I I who told him we could put running boards on t intention of leasing a new GMC Terrain. I explained to the salesman what I wanted. I didn't realize two hours meant TWO MONTHS. Yes he called back two months later. Frustrated, angered, upset, understatements. This would have been the four vehicle I would have leased from organization. Instead, I figured you didn't want/need my business, I had running boards put on the vehicle I was leasing and in October I bought it outright. Your parts team wanted to charge me $950 for the running boards, this did not include installation. I found a place that put on the best running boards you could buy, they are guaranteed for life and it cost me $825 total. This dealership went from a five to a two with me. The sad part is three of my family members have bought the same vehicle I have because of my belief in Henry Brown. This is no longer the case. More

Poor experience for out of state buyer. No clear process or expectations set during the process. We had a friend inspect and drive the car before the dealer performed clean up and servicing. Upon arrival, the interior and exterior of the car was detailed nicely. However, dirt/mud/sand coated the ENTIRE underbody. Fist size clumps of dirt. Besides being a mess, I’m guessing they didn’t/weren’t able to perform a visual inspection of car. More
