We hadn't purchased a new car in 16 years. Intentionally avoided due to the hassle. We utilized a Costco pricing program. We selected a 2013 close out GMC Acadia Denali. We still feel there should have been some discount for the 700+ miles on the vehicle, the entertainment system even had an ex-employees cell phone programmed into it. The detail job was ok, and the oil usage/life showed 86% and window washer fluid was low or nearly empty; these things caused us to burn 90 minutes of a Saturday afternoon getting them rectified. HOWEVER, all things considered, we are very pleased. Customer service was exceptional. We visited the lot in the afternoon, test drove, discussed with Dwight and decided to leave without purchasing. To our utter surprise...we were not pressured in anyway to stay or make a decision right then. They simply...let us leave. This is the SOLE reason, we phoned Dwight a couple hours later and told him we'd take the vehicle. We returned later to complete the purchase...Dwight already had the car getting detailed, in an effort to save us time. EVERYONE we encountered in the dealership was friendly, everyone! The sale people were hungry, and eager to help...but never rude or pushy. I didn't like sitting in the "bull pen" area to discuss, so when we returned...I simply told Dwight I wasn't comfortable in there and he quickly made other arrangements for us. Being around Car Dealers from the inside my entire life, I can really appreciate the discipline and commitment Henry Brown has most assuredly instilled in their staff. I'm not sure I got the best price...and strangely, I'm not sure I care. :D More
I took my 2011 Sierra to Henry Brown GMC in Gilbert, AZ for a what should of been a simple oil change, tire rotation, and alignment for an upcoming road trip. The alignment was slightly pulling to the rig for a what should of been a simple oil change, tire rotation, and alignment for an upcoming road trip. The alignment was slightly pulling to the right, so because of the long trip ahead I thought a simple adjustment would be needed. I had a 10 o’clock appointment set with Joe Stenz. I had no problem waiting close to three hours for the work to be completed. This is where the lies and deceit start. My original service writer Joe was at lunch so Steve B. comes and tells me that my truck is done. I pay the invoice and as he walks me out to my truck I ask him about the alignment and he tells me nothing is wrong with the alignment and the mechanic says when I get the tires rotated again the truck will pull to the right again because one tire has a radial pull. I ask him “why are you letting me go and not taking care of the problem”?. We go back inside and I ask him to get me the alignment printout spec sheet. He comes back with a b.s. excuse why he can’t get it. Can’t recall exactly what he said, but it was something stupid! At this time Joe comes back from lunch and takes over saying I need a new tire and it would be prorated since the truck only had 16,295 miles. I ask him to get me the alignment printout since Steve couldn’t get it and tells me sure I can get it because the information is saved incase a customer comes back saying the alignment is still off and they could prove that it’s GM specs. Sounds about right to me. He comes back and says he can’t get it because the mechanic had another vehicle on the machine and once that happens it erases all previous data. WOW… just after telling me what he did, the machine now magically erases the previous information. Wanting to get this over with, I pay the over inflated prorated price for the tire that came out to be $81 and some change. (Same tire at Discount Tire cost $106 and on Henry Browns website says $172.69). But I was required to pay 41% of $200 and change. As I drive home I notice it still pulls to the right and as I pull into my community the tire warning system light comes on. I call Joe and leave a message. I get a call from some mobile tech saying he will come over and take care of it. I say fine but then call him back and tell him not to cause I’m going back to the dealer. I get back to the dealer and ask for the service manager and get Jeff Martin. I tell him everything that has happened and ask him to get the alignment printout. He says he could but it won’t have my vehicle information on it and then comes back saying he can’t cause it’s erased. Another liar like the rest of them…great! I tell him these machines don’t erase the info and ask why wouldn’t the mechanic enter the vehicle info? How are you going to know what info belongs to which vehicle? He tells me that he instructs the mechanics to not enter the information. How ignorant is that? He asks me to leave the truck and he will have it taken care of by tomorrow. The next day I go back at noon, I had not received a call yet and the service center opened at 7:00AM they have now replaced another tire and refunded me for the first tire and put 40 miles worth of test drives on my truck. Jeff and I take it for a test drive and now it slightly favors the left side and now has an additional problem. He says that they had to adjust it out of GM specs to get it like that. This is all happening from something that should have been a simple alignment adjustment if they would of just done the alignment from the start, which I believe they didn’t do. Jeff did give me a printout today with the wrong vehicle information at the top, a Chevy Silverado with a different wheelbase. He said he’d contact GM with the spec info and see what they could do. My wife contacted GM the first day this happened and was told they would find out what’s going on and contact us back the following day… It’s been 4 days now and not a peep from GM or Jeff Martin from Henry Brown GMC. GM AND HENRY BROWN GMC have no morals or integrity, just a WORTHLESS COMPANY WITH WORTHLESS EMPLOYEES (maybe not all, but enough of them). Due to this experience, I now do not own and will never own a GM vehicle again. I will make this a family tradition More
Bought a new 2012 GMC Acadia from Henry Brown GMC in Gilbert, Az. Not only was the price right, but they really impressed us on their salesmanship. We never felt pressured or forced to buy anything that Gilbert, Az. Not only was the price right, but they really impressed us on their salesmanship. We never felt pressured or forced to buy anything that didn't fit our needs. They spent the extra time to be sure we had the vehicle that we were happy with when we drove it off the lot. Even after the sale they have gone out of their way to make sure we were still happy with our purchase. I've bought a lot of cars over many decades and I would say my experience at Henry Brown GMC was the best. When it needed service they even provide a loaner so it's little to no inconvenience to take your vehicle in. I would highly recommend them. When the time comes to buy a new truck I'll be at Henry Brown GMC. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from a large competitor here in AZ back in August for my son. We purchased a 2004 Chevy Impala, used with only 50k miles. Well after 3 months we had some issues with my son, here in AZ back in August for my son. We purchased a 2004 Chevy Impala, used with only 50k miles. Well after 3 months we had some issues with my son, grades and behavior so we took the car away and decided to take it to a local dealership that buys vehicles. When we took it we found out that the frame on this vehicle had been "streched" and wasn't nearly worth what we paid for it or what they offered us for it. As angry as I was, my wife mentioned to me that we should trade the car in along with our 2006 Chevy Tahoe and get something that is brand new. If we were going to have a payment we might as well have a payment on something we enjoy. We ended up at Henry Brown GMC and that was the BEST choice I have made in my whole 15 years of buying vehicles. I was approached by Garrett Reynolds who introduced himself and we told him of our situation and he put us in a nice 2012 GMC Sierra with a 7 inch lift and wheels. It is BEAUTIFUL! Well after wheeling and dealing I am happy to say we left there more than happy and I can honestly say that Henry Brown has earned a brand new client and I will ALWAYS go back because of the leaps and bounds that this team jumped through. We were there from 11-5;30 PM, (trust me the wife and I were not happy about that) BUT the outcome was WORTH IT! We ended up leaving there with a 2.9% interest rate and one heck of a payment! The team was updating me every way through this deal, they gave us GREAT money for our trade in's and we really made out. It isn't often you leave a dealership and you feel like you got the better end of the stick, trust me this time I felt that way. I will never go back to this "other" dealership because of the lying and feeling of betrayl that I have. Henry Brown, I haven't met you, but if I did I would shake your hand, Thank you and tell you how awesome Joe Hyne, Garrett Reynolds, Joey Muna, Nick Caalliero and Marlene Vaior all are....I might even give you a big ol' bear hug (ha-ha). You have a GREAT TEAM, please make sure you let them know how happy we are with our new vehicle and I will send everyone I know your way and be in next time I need a new vehicle! All the best guys! I went Henry Brown GMC based on a friends recommendation. At first I was skeptical as it is easily 50-60 miles from my home, and I would have to pass at least 25 or so dealers to get there. I called and spok At first I was skeptical as it is easily 50-60 miles from my home, and I would have to pass at least 25 or so dealers to get there. I called and spoke to Blake and explained my needs and without hesitation he said to come and see him as he was sure there was something he could do for me. I still thought before going, then I decided to take a rap of faith and I am glad I did. Not only did this organization find something to suit my every need, but they did it happily. I have been to many car dealers , new and used and every time when you leave them you feel as if you left a part of your soul on the desk. Not here this group made me feel like they were there for me every step of the way, no overselling, no finance games, no bait and switch. I normally don't comment about these types of dealings but this one was so outstanding that I feel like I should be doing more! If you need a vehicle, go see them, explain your wants and needs and they will go above and beyond to do what they can to properly service their customer, big or small. Thank you all for your time and dedication. Patrick Brandimarte, a customer for life! More
Went to the dealership knowing the exact vehicle from web site, so all we had to work on was price. Charles B. was very accomadating to our price and payment needs. After the price was set we met with Marlen site, so all we had to work on was price. Charles B. was very accomadating to our price and payment needs. After the price was set we met with Marlene in finance. It was the best experience i've had with a auto finance person, and I worked for a dealer for 13 years and bought many of vehicles from where I worked. She was fantastic!!!! Chris came back in the picture and took care of any issues with the vehicle and we are very happy, or in GM's world " completely satisfied"! More
I went to Henry Brown GMC Buick with a 2009 Suzuki Grand Vitara as a trade in looking for a pickup truck. The trade-in was a bit upside down from my previous deal in Texas 3 years ago. Kevin got me in the r Vitara as a trade in looking for a pickup truck. The trade-in was a bit upside down from my previous deal in Texas 3 years ago. Kevin got me in the right truck at the right price with the right payment. Kudos to Kevin Haeberle and all parties involved for helping make this deal happen. This is my 4th GMC Sierra and it feels like I'm reacquainted with an old friend. Thanks More
