All day oil change It took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. When I arrived for my appointment, Mike stated it should take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. No explanation It took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. When I arrived for my appointment, Mike stated it should take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. No explanation for why it took so long and I had to go hunt someone down to find out about my car because I didn't see Mike and all the other service advisers ignored me. My car was returned to me with a few water drips to make it seem like they washed it and wax smeared across my windshield that I had to clean myself. I'm not sure it's worth the free oil changes to continue going to this dealer. More

Tim Bryant assisted us and we were treated with the utmost respect. Tim found the right vehicle for us, gave us a price that required no "quibbling", and completed the sale and delivery to us without a hitch. There were none of the high pressure tactics used by other dealers and my wife and I both agree that this was the best car buying experience we ever had. Get on RepairPal In the beginning I went to Henry Brown Buick GMC to get my air conditioning fixed for the summer (this was in May), and get my oil change and typical In the beginning I went to Henry Brown Buick GMC to get my air conditioning fixed for the summer (this was in May), and get my oil change and typical vehicle inspection. They ordered a new part for my air, turns out it was one of the hoses, and charged me $350 with the oil change and such. I also had them check out the shaking during idling my car was experiencing. They told me it was the motor mounts, and that all four would need to be replaced at $1000. When I asked my advisor how soon I would need them to be replaced, he replied to start saving now. Fast forward to about a month later when my air conditioning stopped working. I promptly took it back in (they were very accommodating and got me in the next day), and they told me it was the other hose that had broken this time. I was even taken back into the shop and shown the hose leaking (although there was no way for me to know if it was the new hose or the old hose). So, I sucked it up and paid another $325 to get it fixed. When my car was in this time, they cut off the dust/splash shield without my permission, and I only noticed recently when I saw some parts they didn't cut off hanging down to the ground. At this point I thought my car was getting too old, and I wasn't looking forward to shelling out $1,000 for what I thought were necessary motor mounts. So less than a month later (early July) took my car to an independent mechanic to have it thoroughly checked over. I'm thankful I did. He told me my motor mounts were good for 2 more years. Also, he informed me both of my back brakes were in the danger level. This is something potentially life threatening that I believe Henry Brown should have caught in the initial inspection in May. I only give this business one star because I cannot give it zero. More

I was told the Service Department was going to fix the noise and would be ready by the time I came to do the paper work and pick the 2015 Yukon XL Denali. When I arrived at Henry Brown GMC, the Sales Jerry took me over to the Denali for my inspection and during the inspection the noise was still in the running board, Jerry to me the Service Manager told him to tell me to drive it for a few days and see if the noise went away, I said what the Denali already had been driven 1500 miles at the Supper Bowl and Jerry said know but that is what he was told by the Service Manager to tell me, and if it did not go away schedule a appointment to get it fixed, you tell me what you would think if you just bought/leased a vehicle for $78,000.00 and and it made a terrible noise every time you open and closed the door? You ought to see the look on people's faces when I pull and park and open the door and close it, what impression do you think they have of a new GMC Yukom XL Denali. Now comes that really upsets me, I called and made an appointment with Service Deparment at Henry Brown GMC and that was for 2 days later, I arrived at the Service Center at 7:30 a.m. And was to,d it would take only a couple hours and go to waiting area at 10:15 a.m. The came and got me and told me they could not fix the problem and would need to order parts from the factory and come back the following Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. And they would fix the running board, and sent me on my way at 10:30 a.m. , so after spending 3 hours in the waiting room I drive away without the problem being fixed and need to come back again, which is a 40 min. Drive each way to the dealership. I do not think this is Jerry Pryor's (the Salesman I worked with) fault at all, it is the Sevice Deparment/ Managers More

I have purchased thee vehicles from Henry Brown (Sun Pontiac) in the past including the 2015 Terrain. The sales team has always been very helpful, thery were patience, considerate and knowledgeable about the vehicles options/performance specification. That December morning was no different with Chris Jurden, he was very professional during our buying experience. Chris was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and listened to our needs, buget restrictions and match the 2015 Terrain to us. The one thing that Chris done was ask for our COSTCO card and filled out the required paper work to receive a rebate, thank you Chris that money will be put to a good use. Chris made sure we had all the factory incentives and discounts that were available during the workup of the contract. We were able to chat about our families and found out about his Scottish connection as my wife is Scottish a neat conversiation. As I told Chris, I buy a car about every 20 years (I believe in getting my money worth) and I would be back to purshase my next vehicle from him. If Chris has left HB and not available at the time when I decided to buy the next vehicle. I will purchase it from HB under another sales team member.
