I actually was not intending to lease a GMC Acadia at this time, as I was nearing the last half year of my (then) current lease of a 2016 GMC Terrain, but after test driving the 2017 Acadia and discussing the terms available to lease one, everything just fit. I had dealt with Rickie on my previous transaction at Henry Brown and was pleased to do so again. More

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and feel that anyone else considering parting with their hard earned money for a vehicle should know who they're dealing with. I worked directly with a *manager* who agreed on a deal, shook my hand, and sent me to a different building (to assumingly see the finance folks) when some other "manager" said they now can't do it for the already agreed upon numbers. So I actually went back over to the first manager, offer to throw in a few hundred more to get it done, he agrees and shakes my hand again. Take another walk back over to the other building again and manager 2 now sends a salesman to tell me they still can't do it and still need another $300. Never, ever have I had a dealership (or any reputable business) make two separate deals, shake my hand, and then renege on them both. Wound up walking out on a bait and switch from this "family" run business who initially said their reputation is all about word of mouth... I agree, hence this post. These guys earned every ounce of negative stereotype surrounding car dealerships and their tactics. More

Always A+ service! I recently took my Acadia in for some warranty work, they had to keep my vehicle for 2 days. I couldn't be without a vehicle that long due to work. I took her in, got a brand new Yukon as a loaner and was on my way. Blain was great, he kept me updated throughout both days! I had her back in 2 days just like they said I would! Always A+ service! I had to order the vehicle as there were not going to be any that I wanted, especially color and options, it was a about 3 and a half month wait, they were up front with that was well, but at no time did they not respond about the process and expected timing. I had aftermarket items professionally installed and they were very thorough in explaining the operation of all installs. Tim Bryant was exceptional in his professionalism and very patient in explaining all of the procedures to work the software in my truck. Marlene is a gem and helped get the financing and aftermarket warranty that will take my truck well past the next 8 years worry free. I live in Tucson, and still I drove to Gilbert to buy my vehicle because of the way I was treated from the beginning. I would not buy a GMC product from anyone else! More

My first Service Experience I was met with a smile (didn't catch his name) and asked who I was to see (service mgr). My first time there, I didn't who my mgr is. He quickly found out and I was asked to wait just a couple of minutes. Raul then came out a few minutes later and I was on my way. The entire Heny Brown team is most professional, very knowledgeable and courteous! I was quoted an hour to an hour and 15 mins and was out of there in an hour and 5 minutes. Great job! I look forward to my next service appointment! More

All dealerships have the 'black hole' service department where you send your vehicle, are given a completion time that is rando Good for a dealership. No matter how big or small the repair will be you don't get a call until 30 minutes before close. Roll the dice on if it will need to be there overnight. Unless it is a warranty item, I would always go elsewhere. Given that, again, good for a dealership. More
