Used car lot attitude with a fancy store front. Dealership is a joke. They pride themselves on telling you they're a family owned business but it's not run like a good hearted mom and pop business. They salesman shook my hand, signed paper and agreed on a monthly financial term rate and monthly payment. Then after 45 mini of waiting, I go back to the finance department and get introduced to an elderly lady. She was very snooty and proceeded to insist that I was fabricating my interest rate that I had on my current vehicle through mechanics bank of California. Then she was snooty about that she had never heard of mechanics bank and then when I told her it was out of California and she goes that's why as if being out of California as a bad thing. Then she proceeds to continue to tell me that the 2.49 interest rate doesn't exist with mechanics bank and she cannot get 2.49% interest rate or get me even close to my payment which the sales person agreed on. So I got up and left. Then the sales person I emailed him and he proceeds to push it back on me and tell me that I told him that I had 2.49 interest rate from mechanics bank as if I already had the financing and they were trying to match it through one of their lenders. Which that makes no sense because if I already had 2.49% interest rate in a predetermined amount that was financed at a long-term I would've just came into the dealership with a check. I would avoid this dealership as they are nothing worse than a back street used car dealership but just with a fancy store front. The finance lady was very snooty and rude not very personable at all. Btw. Look at the dealerships responses on Yelp to those customers who had a bad experience. Very cut and paste. If it was a family run business. They would take the time to personally address every situation instead it's just some generated response they have been practicing. More

HB was the only dealer to respond with actual answers to my questions. We then spoke on the phone and agreed upon a deal. Since I ordered a new vehicle, there was about a month wait time. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealer, I was notified and went to pick it up and complete the purchase. Everything they had promised... they did. No hidden fees or up charges.... the deal was exactly as we had agreed upon. The staff with whom I dealt, DeWight, Adrienne, and Phil, were absolutely fantastic to work with. If there were 10 stars... HB would receive all ten! More

2016 Buick Encore Purchase for Daughter's First Car Our daughter is about to learn how to drive so my wife and I decided to get a new vehicle to provide her with the newest safety enhancements (plus w Our daughter is about to learn how to drive so my wife and I decided to get a new vehicle to provide her with the newest safety enhancements (plus we did not want her driving our vehicles). After a Las Vegas dealer (where I live) pulled the infamous "bait and switch" on a 20% off blue Encore, I contacted Henry Brown Buick and received a quick reply from Patrick stating that he would hold the 20% off blue Encore on his lot for us. Upon arrival three days later, Patrick was most hospitable to myself, my wife and daughter. He ensured the vehicle was prepped completely and explained all the functions of it to us. He even called a day later to make sure we were happy with it and that we made it back to Las Vegas safely. After three bad experiences at Las Vegas dealerships over the past 8 years I do not think I will ever purchase any new vehicles in the Las Vegas area. I will always recommend to friends and coworkers to consider taking a trip to Phoenix. More
