Our staff offers exceptional customer service. Our facility offers a comfortable, clean and friendly place our customers enjoy doing business at.
When our customers arrive at our service department the drive is covered, clean and well lit. Our advisors meet and greet every client with a wireless tablet in hand ready to check the customer and vehicle in with courtesy and speed. If our client elects to wait on their vehicle we have a customer lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi internet, HD Television and a children’s play area in view of our lounge. Free Coffee and bottled water plus a vending machine that offers only 50 cent snacks and soda are always a hit. We also have courtesy shuttles to take you to your home or office while there service is being completed. For extended customer satisfaction service loaner vehicles are available.
Customer satisfaction is our goal. Henry Brown Buick GMC has a service and sales Business Development Center in place that helps meet this goal. Setting appointments, customer follow up and promoting our brands are a small part of this department’s worth.

For a first time new car buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better deal on my new Acadia and Dylan worked really well with me on making that happen. The dealership was nice, clean and very professional. I also enjoyed a free cheese steak sandwhich on Saturday. from choosing the car, making the deal, and financing I couldn’t be more satisfied with how it went. Kenny hooked me up on some after market tint and he was really nice and got me in and out quick. Adrian in finance was an absoulute pleasure as well. She was really helpful in finance and explained everything so easily. She really seemed to know what she was doing. Finishing the paperwork with her was a breeze. I will recommend dylan and Henry brown Gmc to all of my friends and family. More

My dad always gives Dwayne Champion a call before we go to the dealership and make sure he is handling our sales. I met Dwayne for the first time and he told me "I am here to make you buy nothing less than the vehicle you LOVE" and he stayed true to his word. I was smiling all through the process of looking at vehicles and test driving. Joey Muna stepped in to speed up the deal as well. Easiest & Funnest Place to Buy a Used Car I found a used 2017 GMC Acadia online and reached out to the dealership about it. Dwayne gave me a call and got all of my information. I did more research on the vehicle and fell in love with it! I went to the dealership after work, and out of my way, and met up with Dwayne. We found the vehicle but it was in the shop and I could not test drive it :( Dwayne promised me that I would be the only one to touch this car, but I would have to come back the next morning. Thank god that was on a Saturday! We got there Saturday, test drove it, and got the payments down to where I wanted to be at and left with the car! Dwayne through the WHOLE process was AMAZING!
