Extremely poor customer service for tire replacement I have purchased 4 vehicles from Henry Brown and so have had service performed there many times. I was extremely disappointed in the service that I r I have purchased 4 vehicles from Henry Brown and so have had service performed there many times. I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received during the last appointment. I had a crack in the sidewall of my tire on my 2017 Acadia and brought it in to see if it was covered. It was not, and I was told the tire had to be ordered so I later made an appointment. I arrived a few minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time of 10:00. I waited in the bay for over 30 minutes before my service person left his desk to come and talk with me. All of the cars before and after me in line were long gone. He had been sitting there the entire time so it wasn't like he was in the back or with another customer. After he came over, he told me that he wasn't sure that the tire that was ordered for the appointment was even there yet. (Why was that not checked before my appointment?) After they took my car away, it was another hour before he came to tell me that it was there. When I asked how long before it would be finished he looked 'put out', and couldn't give me a clear answer. When I asked if it was going to be over an hour, the response was 'Oh at least. We're really busy today.' So after already being at the dealership for 1-1/2 hours, I find out that it is going to be much longer. I ended up calling for a ride and having him call me when it was finished. When I came back later to pick up my car, it was parked outside. It had marker on the windshield directly in the driver's viewpoint. Since the car wash was not in operation, I had to go directly to the place I was given a carwash certificate for to get it washed off so I could see to drive. The carwash did not take it off so needless to say I was extremely frustrated. On top of this, I was driving on my spare when I came in since my tire had been flat. They put the spare back into the back of my car, but did not replace the jack or any of the pieces surrounding the spare tire (Styrofoam) in the well. The flap was just up with the tire basically just thrown in there and everything else was left. What should've been a quick appointment to put on a new tire turned in to an entire day ordeal. Customer service was extremely poor and I will never bring my vehicle back there for something that could've easily been done at Discount Tire or somewhere similar in less than an hour. More
We expect more. We have experienced nothing but mediocre service at your dealership. Our service provider is always just short of rude and he puts forth an attitude of not enjoying his position. During our most recent service, there were no loaner vehicles available and we had to wait until close to 5pm for a diagnostic in order to get a rental car. This caused a missed work for me, lose of income and a missed swim lesson form my daughter as well as leaving us with no car until Saturday morning. In addition, we have had excessive service needed in our vehicle over the last 11 months that we have owned it and upon contacting the dealership we were treated not so nicely and their first recommendation was to have us trade in so they can get us in a new vehicle (spend even more money with them, I think not). When I spend my hard earned money 30k + I expect to be treated with excellent service 100% of the time! More

I actually was not intending to lease a GMC Acadia at this time, as I was nearing the last half year of my (then) current lease of a 2016 GMC Terrain, but after test driving the 2017 Acadia and discussing the terms available to lease one, everything just fit. I had dealt with Rickie on my previous transaction at Henry Brown and was pleased to do so again. More
No integrity Absolute. Weasels. I've never written a review like this because I understand that things happen, or perhaps something is misunderstood in the negoti Absolute. Weasels. I've never written a review like this because I understand that things happen, or perhaps something is misunderstood in the negotiation process-- but not this time. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and feel that anyone else considering parting with their hard earned money for a vehicle should know who they're dealing with. I worked directly with a *manager* who agreed on a deal, shook my hand, and sent me to a different building (to assumingly see the finance folks) when some other "manager" said they now can't do it for the already agreed upon numbers. So I actually went back over to the first manager, offer to throw in a few hundred more to get it done, he agrees and shakes my hand again. Take another walk back over to the other building again and manager 2 now sends a salesman to tell me they still can't do it and still need another $300. Never, ever have I had a dealership (or any reputable business) make two separate deals, shake my hand, and then renege on them both. Wound up walking out on a bait and switch from this "family" run business who initially said their reputation is all about word of mouth... I agree, hence this post. These guys earned every ounce of negative stereotype surrounding car dealerships and their tactics. More
