Bought new car from Zac was supposed to be detailed. The vehicle was still dirty inside and out. Also Zac the day of purchase said the whole vehicle would have window tint and it did not received that. The vehicle was still dirty inside and out. Price was competitive for the vehicle but finance process was shady. Instead of showing me the final number we began by signing my trade in. Also there was a $1000 credit when I was talking to the Sales guy but they basically discounted a icon package which I didn't need and said that was the discount. I was basically told you have to talk to the sales guy. I just had a long day at the dealership and didn't want to argue about it. Also when I asked about GMPP plan their pricing was twice of what other dealers were offering. More
This dealership has failed recently in sales and service. Our buying experiences used to rock. Of most recent years not great. Heavily taking advantage of patience, kindness, and loyalty. A recent service visit destroyed the longevity and integrity of my engine and truck, and ruined my driveway. An oil change oversight 11/11/24 has led to numerous issues and repairs. My driveway they replaced, but my truck remains with failures, unsafe to drive, and gets towed with continuous engine and mechanical check engine error codes. At times violently jerking and shaking all over the highway and forcing engine shutdown and failure messages. They have towed it back and made repairs on multiple occasions, but issues persist. They extended the power train warranty but that does give me peace of mind or make me whole. I’ve been requested by service dept manager to work with Ben’s team and get out of it. I was informed I’d be made whole with buyback and purchase and/or trade assistance. GM has an open case and asked me to continue working with HB. After 5 visits and 17 hours in the lobby, nothing but an appraisal has been provided. The truck broke down most recently while on vacation with my daughter 2 weeks ago. That’s the second time now while on vacation and fifth time altogether since 11/11/24.. It broke down again yesterday on the freeway and I was asked to come to dealer. I did, and after two hours Ben was so busy we couldn’t speak, again. I have Service Advisors recorded laughing about the tech that used to work there that ruined my truck. I was to be contacted this morning to be given update via phone from Ben. It was his day off but Aaron advised he was coming in. I wasn’t contacted. When I reached them I was told they wouldn’t have time for me today. This has been a complete disaster. More
