My 2020 911 is great, but Hennessey Porsche was a major disappointment. I believe in honesty. Customers do not need any help from their dealerships to spend money on car issues that should be warranty repa disappointment. I believe in honesty. Customers do not need any help from their dealerships to spend money on car issues that should be warranty repairs. Hennessey was highly recommended over Jim Ellis so I felt comfortable going there for my ACC and axle repair. Initially, Jim Ellis refused to calibrate the ACC because the bolts that hold the bracket in place were missing. The ACC was used several months ago to calibrate the camera on a newly installed windshield, now suddenly, it's malfunctioning because the bracket bolts are missing as if I had taken them out myself to exclude a safety feature on my own car. My family rides in this car. Thanks Jim Ellis. My car was inspected before an oil change was performed by a high end automotive shop. Three technicians pointed out and showed me the looseness of my rear passenger axle. I called Hennessey immediately and was able to take my car in for an appointment three days later. They told me everything mentioned seems like a warranty repair, which it was. One day later, I was told that there was a bungee cord on my axle. Hennessey said, "It's weird. It's just sitting there; not hooked to anything." The next day, I was told that the warranty was voided due to the cord sitting on my axle. Hennessey sent me pictures of the cord sitting on the axle; not wrapped around or hooked to anything. On the day of pick-up, I received a text from Hennessey that I would be charged for "only a hour" of service for the diagnostic in which my warranty repairs were denied. I was given a military discount and wished a, "Thank you for your service," after the insult. Fun fact: dealerships are paid for half the labor for warranty repairs. If something similar has happened to you with any Porsche dealership, please speak out and hold them accountable for their products and service. More
Awful service. GM clearly does not care as he has totally incompetent folks working in customer facing service positions. I have never had a problem with any GM clearly does not care as he has totally incompetent folks working in customer facing service positions. I have never had a problem with any dealership service of any of my Japanese cars. I had to upgrade to a Porsche to get a horrible experience. Literally do not do what they say, have never hit a service time. Have tried multiple reps and even the Service Manager who is just a giant waste of time. Relying on technology to contact your customers when you dont even pay attention to what the texts say, is a bad way to do business! More
Brought my 2020 Panamera in for oil change as needed in Dec 2022. The service rep Charlie Edmonson recommended new tires and was correct to do so. I bought the tires he advised and noticed afterwards I w Dec 2022. The service rep Charlie Edmonson recommended new tires and was correct to do so. I bought the tires he advised and noticed afterwards I was experiencing consistent and constant "wheel hop". Had to wait approx 6 weeks to return for resolution as no "loaner vehicles" were available. After a few days Charlie called and advise issue was corrected. Upon driving I noticed the problem was not resolved and left vehicle for another week at Hennesey. After a week Charlie phoned and advised again issue resolved. Upon driving vehicle again the issue again was not resolved. Spoke with the garage mgr, service mgr and Charlie. Garage mgr advised he thought it was just a wheel and tire issue which I advised it could be but could be something else. I had given Charlie a written statement of the 4 things it could be yet he advised the garage mgr it was a tire / wheel issue the garage mgr confirmed this to be true. The garage mgr then advised he took the vehicle home drove it around, they also mounted 4 wheels/tires from another Panamera and it drove the same. Charlie then advised "I dont think there is much more we can do for you." The service mgr then advised "Mr **** just enjoy your automobile." One other thing, in December 2020 along with the tire replacement the wheels were supposed to be repaired due to my "curbing" them. Charlie advised they were repaired and even listed same on the invoice. Upon viewing I noticed they had not been repaired. This was finally done at a later date. This service experience was completely unacceptable so dont believe Hennesey regarding their 4 year warranty as they refused to honor same and repair the "wheel hop" issue. This was very frustrating and I will never do business with this dealership again. The Panamera has been sold so if you bought it and are reading this you are screwed. The service dept acted as if I was imaging things. They had the attitude of "we are Porsche and you are wrong." Charlie for that matter is as slippery as an eel. Dont believe him as he just want to get you in and get you out. He never relayed to the garage mgr my problem could be and apparently is more than a wheel tire issue. One would think that when buying this type automobile the caliber of service would match the caliber of the auto...sadly this is not the case. In fact previously I had better service experiences with Acura. Never again and Im happy to have an auto without this wheel hop issue. PS...I originally was going to purchase a 2018 Cayman, papers signed etc all I had to do was turn in my car and go, but that fell thru due to the stubborness of the sales person Ms Heather Erickson. She too is to be avoided at all costs. More

Lazy rushed work has my car in New York today from the damages that were caused ( trust they have videos and photos of what caused the problem so these are facts). Nothing surprises me any more. There is no integrity and pride in work anymore. Like these mechanics so messed my car up. More
I brought my wife’s Macan into service for the “timing chain cover leak”— a well known problem with the six cylinder engines. I was told that the engine needed to be dropped to make the repair, which is chain cover leak”— a well known problem with the six cylinder engines. I was told that the engine needed to be dropped to make the repair, which is basically removing the sheered off bolts, and replacing them with updated bolts supplied by Porsche. The quoted cost was over 8k. Doing some further research, I found that Porsche released an official repair bulletin for this exact problem many months prior, that indicated a way to make the repair without dropping the engine, substantially reducing the cost. I called and spoke with the service advisor, and asked him about the OFFICIAL Porsche bulletin. He indicated he wasn’t aware of it, but would ask the shop foreman. I get a call back 15min later, indicating that they can indeed do the repair using the new official technique indicated by Porsche NA. So, basically the service dept. would have been glad to charge me 8k for a repair that could be done for $800. I don’t believe for a second the service advisor didn’t know about this OFFICIAL Porsche repair bulletin. They are liars, dishonest, opportunistic, and have no sense of ethics. The shop does quality repairs— that’s true, and I believe the techs are very competent. But, the whole service dept is malignant in business practice. When it came time to pay the $800, the service advisor said something like “he’s willing to work with me on this” (likely bc he knew I was angry at being quoted 8K and calling them out on the rip-off attempt) and knocked it down to $735, as if he were doing me favor. I caught them in a flat out lie, and they tried to make up for it in the most pitiful fashion. This service center sucks. The “advisors” are goons, and so is the service dept manager. Please, spare me the optics of a reply that communicates concern for my justified disdain, and to call you directly to address my concern. What nonsense. You’re full of it, and you simply don’t care. It’s “just business, and, nothing personal, right? You know exactly what is going on, so maybe you’ll grow a conscience one day and do the right thing by your customers. I doubt it though. Aside from warranty repairs, never have your car serviced here if possible. There simply is no reason for it, unless absolutely necessary due to proprietary equipment. More
It was a great experience that I had with Hennessy Porsche. Jason Maza was my dealer, and needless to say, he was a PRO. Even after I got the car, I still kept communicating with Jason as a friend, pr Porsche. Jason Maza was my dealer, and needless to say, he was a PRO.
