I have purchased a Cayenne and Cayman S from Hennessy Porsche through David Gentile (sales manager) in the last two years. The Cayenne was my first Porsche experience and both the vehicle and dealership Porsche through David Gentile (sales manager) in the last two years. The Cayenne was my first Porsche experience and both the vehicle and dealership have been very positive experiences. Even though I know a Cayenne isn't a big ticket item at Porsche, everyone at the dealership treated me great, like I just bought a GT2 RS. Even after the sale, David continued to keep in touch to see how my Cayenne and I were doing. The dealership also invited me to all of the parties they throw throughout the year and David set me up with an invitation for the Porsche Driving experience when they were in town. When it came time for me to buy my next sports car, Porsche was tops on my list. Granted Porsche makes some great sports cars, but there is a lot of competition in the sports car market these days. Not to mention that a Porsche sells for a little bit of a premium compared to similar offerings (you get what you pay for though). I contacted David and told him what I was in the market for and he was immediately able to find something that fit the bill. The original price they were asking was a little higher than what I had budgeted, but David worked out a deal that had me driving away in my Cayman S. The service department is great as well. Almost every time I have dropped off my care for service, they have given me a Porsche loaner. It is very disappointing when you drop off your luxury car and drive off with a Camry loaner. Without a doubt, when I'm in the market for another car, I will call up David first to see what he can do for me. More

We have ALWAYS received very friendly, personal service from the staff at Hennessy, but this purchase of a new 2013 Boxster S went above and beyond our expectations. First of all, the car itself (at ANY price) is second to none,with no true contenders in our opinion. Add to this a courteous and friendly staff who did everything within reason to meet our requests (some of which went beyond what I would expect to be asking at other make dealerships, such as changing wheels with another vehicle on the lot, removing aftermarket components on our trade-in and installing them on the new car, and delivering the new car to us at two hours distance)and the result is an outstanding experience which will provide us with many fond memories in the future. this was my second transaction at Hennessy with Scot and everything went smoothly. I'm 35 years old and my wife is 32; together we have acquired over 25 vehicles thus far. We recently found out that we were expecting our first child, giving us a good reason to trade in her BMW M3 convertible. We acquired this vehicle as we were looking for a bit more space than her '06 911 4S Cabriolet afforded. From the moment we acquired the BMW, she lamented the purchase: constantly stating how much more enjoyable the Porsche was. Since space, an automatic transmission and strong performance were high on our list, we began looking at high performance sport utility vehicles: ML 63 AMG, X5M, SRT8 and the Cayenne Turbo. After reading various reviews, we determined that the Porsche was worth the premium over the other vehicles. We then began our search of Certifed Pre-Owned Cayenne Turbo's across the country. From the moment I contacted John Dissen, I knew I was dealing with a true professional. He was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. He provided an incredibly fair, sight unseen trade in value on our M3, while also conceding a bit on the Cayenne price. Once we agreed to the terms of our transaction, we made the eight hour trek to Hennessy. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the dealership, I experienced a glitch with a wire transfer that I was expecting from my financial advisor. John and I quickly came up with a solution and we moved forward consummating the deal. I've read some of the negative reviews on here and all I can say is I didn't witness anything other than a friendly and attentive staff. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Hennessy Porsche and more specifically John Dissen. Before leaving the dealership, John went out of his way to ensure we understood all the features/nuances of our new purchase. We love our Cayenne Turbo S and will be back in touch when we're ready to acquire our next Porsche. Thanks again! More
In July 2012 I tried to purchase a 2012 cayman from my local Porsche dealer in Hilton Head South Carolina. The car was held in inventory at Hennessy Porsche Atlanta. I was advised by Hilton Head Porsche local Porsche dealer in Hilton Head South Carolina. The car was held in inventory at Hennessy Porsche Atlanta. I was advised by Hilton Head Porsche to deal with Hennessy directly to purchase the car. I called Hennessy and eventually spoke with Greg Jordan and purchased the car. Shortly after, I received an email informing me the car was sold to a local customer. I filed a formal complaint with Porsche corporate (#5228100) and have yet to here from anyone. Hilton Head Porsche has been my expiience with Porsche and it has been outstanding. They have maintained my 911 for the last decade and have always stood by anything they have said. For corporate to choose not to get involved is a bad reflection on Porsche and those of us that love the total Porsche experience. More
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. As of yesterday, we had struck a deal on the vehicle (in writing), which was confirmed this morning (in writing). I had lined up a ride to pick up the car this afternoon and was sitting at my bank in front of my banker filling out the forms for a cashier's check when I was told (initially via e-mail, no less) that the dealership had entered into another agreement on the car after my agreement, that they would not honor my agreement and wait for me to get there, and that the first person to get there would get the car whether or not I made the effort to drive up there at my inconvenience and that of my colleague. To be clear, despite having a deal in place, the dealership would not even wait for me to get there! They claimed this was their "policy". How outrageous. The unapologetic sales manager tried to explain it in terms of what would happen if I got there and there was something wrong with the car that they failed to tell me about and I didn't buy it as a result! I fail to see how any misrepresentation by them would be my fault! I guess used car sales people are used car sales people no matter where you go - questionable characters who are not to be trusted. Look elsewhere. More
I have never been treated with this type of customer service as I was with Hennessy Porsche. I bought my 2012 Porsche over the internet without ever seeing or driving the car in person. Living in Sout service as I was with Hennessy Porsche. I bought my 2012 Porsche over the internet without ever seeing or driving the car in person. Living in Southeast Ga., Greg Jordan and the management group treated my son and me like royalty. He picked me up from the airport, gave me a tour of the facility and best of all, had every bit of paperwork ready for my signature. I was finished with paperwork in 5 minutes and then taken to my car to explain the ins and outs of this magnificent machine. Mr. Jordan then had the showroom doors opened so that I could start my 5 hour trip home. Since purchasing my Porshce, Mr. Jordan has been phenomenal at taking the time to send me cards letting me know that I was a valued customer and that he was available anytime if I had any concerns. In fact, he set up for a Jacksonville company to come to my house and repair some air bubbles in my speed film. I can assure you that no one has ever gone through the trouble of keeping me happy or ensuring all my vehicle needs are taken care of properly. I have owned vehicles from Chevrolet, Ford, Lexus and BMWs. Was thinking about a Mercedes prior to this purchase yet that dealership was horrible in customer service. I am so happy I went with Hennessy Porsche. This has been the best buying experience I have ever had and I will definitely go back to them for my next vehicle purchase. More
