I had a very positive car purchasing experience in trading in a car and purchasing a 2012 Porsch 911 Carrera C4 from Hennessy Porche. The main reason that it was such a positive experience was the pro trading in a car and purchasing a 2012 Porsch 911 Carrera C4 from Hennessy Porche. The main reason that it was such a positive experience was the professionalism and competitency of Scott Chmiel, my Hennessy Porsche sales representive. I saw the car on Hennessy's website via a PorscheUsa website search, contacted the dealership, spoke with Drew Borges, sales manager who was straight forward and honest in laying out his basis for the deal and he turned me over to Scott Chmiel. Scott and I finalized the transaction, trading in my 2010 911 C2 for Hennessy's 2012 911 C4, worked out the wiring of funds, shipping of my car to Atlanta and signing paperwork via FedEx. I took delivery of the 2012 C4 in person, flew to Atlanta, Scott arranged for myself and my son to picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership in Roswell. The car was waiting and was detailed in immaculate condition. Scott went over the car with me, answered all of my questions and loaded us with water and snacks for the 600 mile drive back to our home in St.Louis, Missouri. I have bought alot of cars in my 60 years ( Lexus, BMW, Honda etc) and I have to tell you that was my best car purchasing experience. Scott and Drew and Hennessy were very easy to establish a trusting relationship with and that was exactly what it took to execute a transaction like this for an expensive car and accomplish it on a long distance basis without having meet Scott in person until I flew to Atlanta to take delivery.
