Before we even pulled out to test drive he walked through all the cool features just inside the car, and mentioned excellent selling points as he went along. His enthusiasm for Porsche was very contagious. Excellent customer service, and the dealership and Brian worked with me to give me a great deal on a 2014 CPO Cayman. I walked away with a better warranty on my new car, top dollar for my trade-in and felt both sides benefited from the sale. Brian is very responsive to his clients and goes out of his way for that extra customer service which is always reassuring when making such a large purchase. Very happy with this dealership, I highly recommend them. Especially since I went by there after a visit to Lexus next door, when the sales guy decided since I wasn't a live fish that was going to buy that very night, that he didn't need to hang up or pause his phone call to say good bye to me and continued yapping to what he considered a live fish on the line. Brian's level of customer service without the promise of a sale was even more excellent in comparison and a big reason he got my business. More
