He diligence made the transaction go smoothly and timely. Greg moved at the pace that I set forth and applied no pressure to close the deal. He went above and beyond the level of customer service that would expect in buying a car. When Greg passed us off the Finance Manager (Jamey), the level of service continued. Jamey kindly took the time to answer and explain all our questions. He worked to give us the best deal that was in our best interest. My experience made me feel like I was part of the Hennessy Porsche family. When I am ready to buy another Porsche no matter where I am living, I will go back to Hennessey. Great car buying experience I was searching around for a Porsche specific to my liking. I found one of the internet, in Hennessy Porsche's inventory. I emailed Mike McPherson and I was searching around for a Porsche specific to my liking. I found one of the internet, in Hennessy Porsche's inventory. I emailed Mike McPherson and Scott Hamilton; both internet sales managers. Mike got back to me ASAP and even allowed me to contact him at home. We spoke and the next day I flew out to Atlanta for meeting and took the time to drive up to their dealership. Scott had contacted me in the meantime with additional information. Once at the dealership, Mike spent the right amount of time explaining what I needed. He is very knowledgable and a straight shooter. When it came time to negotiate the price of the car, they were very susceptible to work with you within reason. Scott and Mike are both very knowledgable and easy to work with. Great guys, great dealership. Jamey the finance manager was awesome as well. The following day, he found a mistake and called me back ASAP and got the issue resolved. They are holding the car and shipping it to me.. Can't wait for the car to arrive... Definitely recommend this dealership. More

I worked with Scott Chmiel and Richard Jennings to consider options I was looking for and pricing. My test drive list started and ended at Porsche -- Scott and Richard were very knowledgeable and professional. The Porsche I purchased (a new one) was awesome. Moving from a luxury two-door vehicle to a luxury four door vehicle felt transparent. Great car, great purchasing experience. This was my first Porsche but I can say 100% that it won't be my last. This was look into once and fixed, but as I have become familiar with the car I have noticed more. I don't know why these issues are on the car given it is brand new. Quality of service provided to me is a 5, but the paint issues are a concern for me. I need to bring it back in to get these issues addressed again. More

I decided at the last minute to buy the Cayman and they were able to get me in and out of the dealership in a few hours and I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy. I think these guys work well as a team. Mike showed me how to operate my vehicle and never seem rushed or checking his watch or taking phone calls. This is probably my last major car purchase for a long, long time I hope. Although I don't feel like I got the most for my trade in, I still didn't feel pressure to trade. I was also promised 2% interest rate and it was higher. Overall I would feel comfortable sending anyone I know to the dealership to work with Mike and Scott. My biggest regret is not buying a Porsche many, many years ago. More
