Awesome Sales Team + Worst Porsche Service Dept in the US I have a very mixed experience with Hennessy. Their sales team is top notch, especially Scott Hamilton and Mike McPherson. They worked with me on spec I have a very mixed experience with Hennessy. Their sales team is top notch, especially Scott Hamilton and Mike McPherson. They worked with me on specing and ordering a perfect 981 Cayman GTS to replace my 987 Cayman S. Scott was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the ordering and delivery process and ultimately the vehicle came in over a month early, which worked out great. Unfortunately, every service experience I have had at Hennessy has been the exact opposite, both on my old car and new one. The service team seems to feel it is a hassle to deal with customers, doesn't keep them updated, and is not accommodating at all. In terms of a brief backstory, I had tried Hennessy service when I first got my 987 and it was bad. Then went to Jim Ellis, who has been amazing. I get my car serviced 4-5 times per year for the last 4+ years, as I do a lot of track events, and I have always had a great experience with Jim Ellis. I've had 3-4 services at Hennessy total, and all have been horrible, with the one on my new car resulting in them recommending a procedure that effectively destroyed my hood and resulted in it requiring a full replacement. They didn't even tell me or acknowledge the situation even when I called for an update. Instead a body shop finally called me to give me an update. Additionally, most recently I've been waiting six months for a part to come in that was damaged upon delivery of my car. I've checked in at least three separate times for status and each time they told me it would take some time but it was ordered, including on the IOU they gave me when they delivered the car. On the six month anniversary of delivery I asked again and they told me they never ordered the part and now they want to try to fix it instead of replacing. This is insane, I was nearly speechless other than replying to Jeff that this reinforces the horrible service of the Hennessy team. They are literally the worst. End result, absolutely buy your car from Hennessy, especially Scott and Mike, and then run for the hills before your first service as I wouldn't take a my worst enemy's beater car to to Hennesy for service, especially Zak as Hennessy Service Department is literally the worst Porsche Service and possibly the worst luxury vehicle service department in the US as I've had other luxury vehicles and lived all over the US and never had even one bad experience at any dealer, let alone the 3+ bad ones I've now had at Hennessy. More

just like everyone said about Greg I had a wonderful shopping experience with Greg Jordan. Anyway, I was on a trip to Atlanta anyway for something else so I just googled the dealers there and was amazed how high rating from this particular Porsche dealership in Hennessy with those "look-very-real" reviews from a lot of customers, so I decided to give a try calling Greg. He was very professional, responsive, patient, and most importantly taking time to understand what my needs were about the cayman I've been searching for. As a business professional myself, I appreciate such qualities from a sales person (no wonder he is the ambassador for Porsche brand). With just a few phone calls and emails, we quickly secured the car I wanted, by that time, I had not even met with Greg in person yet. So when I actually arrived in Atlanta just for that weekend, Greg already got everything ready for me to sign on, which took about 1 hour to officially close the deal. Now looking back, it may sound a little risky, to get a new Porsche cayman from the dealer hundreds miles away and from someone I've never met. But thanks to the powerful Google and everyone dealt with Greg and Hennessy Porsche prior to me writing those reviews online, I had the same wonderful shopping experience with them and encourage all future potential buyers to at least give Greg a call. And then you will know you are in good hands. More

Even the guys who were detailing it when I arrived very early on my delivery day were not only pleasant when the could easily have been annoyed at my intrusion, they were extremely helpful with some questions I had about caring for my new car. My salesman, Mike McPherson was outstanding at not only giving me ongoing information (I took a while to make up my mind about models and options!), he most pleasantly tolerated my ongoing questions as my custom ordered car was in production, on the way to the ship, and on the ship enroute. He gave me the most thorough and knowledgeable tutorial on operating my new car I've ever had. Then, a couple of weeks later he contacted me to see what questions I might have. In addition, Jamey Holt was exceedingly helpful ironing out some last minute financial and title issues. I got a fair price, great sales support, and I know from experience I will get excellent service on my new Cayman. More
